Lovely hilarious and i mean hilarious,Aisha. Came to serve us at another table in Brent Cross when twas empty with immaculate knowledge about their products which we ended up buying. Plus not only did she sell us 3 wonderful oils of which all different scent yet so magnificent but she showed us her immaculate skin care and that is what myself and my husband considered customer service. Ps. She was hilarious!! me and my husband haven't laughed like that in years !!

Nadia and Omar provided great customer service at Brent Cross. They were so knowledgeable of the products, helped me to find the perfect scent and even showed me how to layer the oils. The Oud oils smell amazing, they are of a high quality and last! So happy with my purchase, Thanks Nadia and Omar 💕

10/10 service from start to finish:
Excellent range of high quality scents, all quite unique and special.

High quality, long lasting oils, with no alcohol (i have sensitive skin so this is a huge bonus for me , I even rubbed some in my eye by accident and all that happened is my eye socket smelled glorious).

Very very reasonable price for what you're buying especially with in person/student discounts.

Nice bottle design, small and sleek.

Excellent customer service - the atomiser on my bottle started playing up a little so I sent them a message on instagram, not only did they get back to me quickly despite it being 1am, a day or two later 2 new ones arrived in the post free of charge!

I got stopped by Nadia at White City Westfield who gave me a sweet fruity scent,i immediately fell in love. Got to know more scents and will be back for Pure reverie for my husband. But i really loved the way Nadia took her time to introduce me to the scents,her customer service was amazing and she really deserved this review.

First time buying from Oud library today I got served by a lovely lady by the name of Renad she was so helpful and patient with me which I was being indecisive, she took really good care for me and gave some helpful advice i appreciated everything she done very much.

Nadia was excellent and the fragrance,Amour heaven is beautiful. I think I will buy more when I’m done with the one I bought. I had an amazing experience at the stall that is in Brent Cross. Lovely business filled with lovely workers especially Nadia who took her time to show me the different fragrances that they have.

Am very satisfied, with excellent customer service, very professional and civilised served by Nadia pretty and gentle smile, she also helped me decide my choices by comparing the products, I highly recommend this Westfield business. I always come back for the Berry blossom and Eternal eclipse two absolute amazing scents that ever since Nadia showed me I can’t see myself using anything else.

Got served by a Lovely lady in battersea this morning, forgot to ask her name but she had a red cardigan on. I had no clue about what scents interested me the most but she guided me through all of the amazing scents they do have! i ended up purchasing Exile and i would Highly recommend for future customers!!!!

A Lovely Experience Finding the Perfect Perfume

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience that I felt I must. I stopped by the store last week looking for a new perfume — something light and elegant, suitable for my age but still a little special. A lovely young lady named Lina assisted me, and I must say, she was absolutely delightful.

She was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. She took the time to ask me what sorts of scents I usually enjoy and helped me sample a few without rushing me at all. I appreciated that she didn’t push the most expensive options, but instead helped me find something that truly suited me.

In the end, we settled on a beautiful floral fragrance with a hint of vanilla — and I’ve already received several compliments! It’s rare these days to find such genuine, thoughtful service, especially from someone so young.

Thank you again, dear — you made my day, and I’ll certainly be back for more!

I purchased 2 scents from a lovely sales girl called Lina and her customer service was outstanding! She helped me choose a scent my daughter and sister would love for Christmas! Definitely recommend x

I came to Stratford looking for oud scents I was planning on going Sunna musk but Lina was able to convince me and show me the best scents which made the price worth it.

We met with Lina who introduced to the oils at Brent Cross. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we found two fragrances that we loved. The oils are good quality and strong. Definitely recommend and would repurchase.
