Ordered a Saint Laurent bag worth 11,000 aed it came with several defaults. Called Ounass many times, they kept saying we will do something about it but they never did anything to fix the problem. Do not trust Ounass. They sell damaged products. Very low and poor management. They won’t last.

I bought from them a shoes worth AED 3400 and after one day I informed them that glue has gone and I need warranty replace, and unfortunately they keep escaping from me

They informed me a product would arrive in 2 hours, i paid extra for delivery. Instead i wait 6 hours and they deducted all the money for the purchase and didn’t deliver the product. Instead of being updated on what happened, i had to find a way to contact them and finally after talking to several operators, they tell me my order is out of stock. If it is out of stock it should not be on the system, if it is out of stock they should not take the money in the first place. If it is out of stock i should be informed so i have time to buy something else!!!! Instead im going to a birthday empty handed. Disgusting! And on top of that the refund takes 14 days. Woww… never in your life use this service horrible

Its my first time to place an order and It was a bad experience. The item was on sale and it came not in good condition. The leather has a stain and the brand tag is detached like they sold me a second hand bag. The customer service is not helpful. I had to call then WhatsApp them again. I should have ordered from net-a-porter.

If there was a choice of not putting a star at all i would’ve chosen it instead just to describe my experience with Ounass, i should’ve read the reviews here before ordering ! Its the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life ! Lies on the website ( don’t believe what’s written as a free gift with purchase or whatever), Unprofessional customer service agents they cut you off when you’re speaking to them , they tell you that they will call you back and they disappear and they try to make you pay more money just by using a coupon code saying that they are trying to make it up for you ! The BIGGEST disappointment of my life

Unfortunately I was not taken care by Ounas team, I have an item to return and on Wednesday driver called and said he will pick up the item tomorrow “Thursday” and then he asked about my location ao I told him and he was like oh nooo I thought RAK, so I told him that I confirmed my address 3 times to your team and then he said can I pick it up tomorrow “Thursday” I said fine! Isn’t that what you said at the begging of your call! Anyways tomorrow came which is “Thursday” and when I called him he said someone else will call me for pickup actually he wasn’t sure if this was pick up or delivery
So I really don’t know how to speak to Ounas to get this simple task get done! Shall I visit your office to make the return myself please if this is an option I’ll more than happy to do it just please let’s get this done because I am running out of patience, it’s been 6 weeks exactly, however it’s supposed to be no more than 5 working days in total and if I may quote your message in below email “ Usually it takes 1-3 days to pick up the item and pass it through quality check. After that, it will take 24-48 hours to be refunded in your store credits”
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I wanted to return a damaged item but no response from them even I sent them 10 emails and WhatsApp messages. I will cancel an account with Ounass and will never buy from them again.
Ripped trainers
I ordered some trainers that were damaged in many places, however the big problem is they actually had a rip in them. From the fabric stitched to the mid sole.
It has been extremely difficult actually getting through to anyone, I have managed to return the item but it’s not what I wanted. I tried my hardest to get a replacement, but like said it has been extremely difficult speaking to anyone.
When you speak to someone on the phone they just tel you the complain snd request is in process and someone will call you back and when you WhatsApp or email you simply don’t get a response.
There is nothing luxury about this service. Sending trainers that are ripped and ignoring customers about the complaint.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I bought a mask online which was defected. I contacted them imidiately for replacement. Firstly it took them 4 days to get back to me and then they are telling me that masks are not returnable. I have tried to explain that I do not want to return it but is defected and it needs to be replaced but the answer is the same thing. I have paid more than 350 AED for a mask that I am not able to use and it seems no one understands or at least try to understand what I am saying. Very unhelpful and not trustworthy at all. Dont buy anything online from them.
