THe arbor is lovely. Strong and well made. The company thought of everything you’ll need. Screws, driver bit, very nice directions. It was packaged well and very thoughtfully so the arbor was secure.
I wish I had a photo of it placed with my Honeymoon climbing rose on it but it’s a work in progress right now, I still have to prime and paint it to match my white picket fence and place and attach to my fence. We get heavy winds here and it needs to be stable.
I wish an anchor came with the arbor for the legs, only thing I wished when I opened the box.

This was truly a painless process. Ordering on line was easy. I received exactly what I ordered. Communication with the company was good. Continued communication during the delivery process. Pricing is more than competitive. We received our delivery in less than one month.
We purchased four balcony height swivel chairs. Assembly was not complicated, though matching some bolts was a bit difficult. They seem adequately comfortable for our dock and we look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Overall experience was not bad. Received an email from their CS team about my order and they followed up quickly.

There were many places to order my furniture from and all the prices were the same. I decided to call all of the places I had it narrowed down to and see who would answer their phone and be patient, courteous and show that they really wanted my business. This was where I was the most pleased after I got off of the phone.

The gal explained to just go to checkout. She was right.
The cost of shipping was very high, but with things the way they are right now it's understandable.

Delivery was fast not sure of the quality of the merchandise as it is a Christmas present and have not opened it hope is as good as the service
