Balcony revived
At my age when something appears too good to be true I know it usually is and means we give it a wide berth. In this case OMG exceeded our expectations and proved that sometimes it can be true. From meeting the receptionist at their beautiful showroom to meeting the surveyor and subsequently the technicians who did the work, our experience was easy, pleasant, stress free. Communication was constant, appointments kept on time, work efficiently done including leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the result that has significantly improved the look of our space. Even paying was easy and relatively painless!

Amazing transformation from start to finish
From start to finish the transformation was absolutely amazing. The workmen kept me informed right the way through the transformation. Yo would not think it was the same garden.
All cleared away, no rubbish left. All odd bits taken away.
Well worth getting it done.

Excellent company highly recommended. Everything from the initial survey to the completion of the resin driveway was first class. Naomi kept us informed all the way through the process and the team carry out the work were very polite, respectful, helpful and informative.

Ed, the surveyor listened carefully to what we wanted.
This was completed to a high standard by a friendly, polite and hard working team led by Eli.
If we ever need any similar work done (the supply and installation of oak sleepers to frame garden areas and replacement of old wooden decking with composite) in the future we will have no hesitation in using OMG again.

Great service and super products
The team @OMG provided an excellent service from initial advice, through to delivery of the finished product (Resin Patio plus additional landscaping works).
The Ground Team worked really hard and listened to our requirements, so that we ended up with a great finished product that we can’t wait to use this Spring.

Traumatic in the extreme and not…
Traumatic in the extreme and not "finished off" well.
Resin rolled gravel looks lovely but the mess it made was unbelievable.
Work we contracted to be done on our shingle was never done and we declined to pay for this. Such a shame. All workmen seemed very hardworking, but were not entirely forthcoming and did not tell us that they were deviating from what we had been told would be done, and this left us with lots of things to do. Clearing up after them was phenomenal. Beware. Very efficient when it came to asking for payment!

Large decking replacement
OMG replaced our large, very tired, timber decking and structure. From the first online enquiry to completion, communication was excellent and we were always made aware of progress. We did visit the showroom, which is well presented, so we were able to choose our product informatively. The installation team were outstanding and had to work through some very challenging weather. They were always on time, very hard working, diligent, conscientious, tidy and friendly. We can’t recommend OMG highly enough as our timber structure, composite decking and composite balustrade are exactly what we had hoped for and we can’t wait for some better weather so we can enjoy it. Our thanks to the whole team. Will definitely use OMG again.

Large Composite decking replacement
Had a large rather complicated composite deck replaced - including timber substructure. The planning, communication and the installation team where excellent - and great to work with. They were on time every day, worked tirelessly (whatever the weather), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will certainly use them again. I am in an associated trade, so I know good quality when I see it - and these guys are the real deal.

What a great company having laid resin on my drive and foot paths have totally transformed my front garden and hence kerb appeal not to mention adding value to my bungalow. Balcony renovation
Our elevated balcony was in a poor state of repair. We contacted OMG who responded quickly with a competitive quote and a start date. The work was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The team behaved in a friendly and competant way. We are absolutly delighted with the end result and would definatly use OMG again. The improved look to our house is remarkable.

We had our outside area coated with resin and are absolutely delighted with the result! The quote was much cheaper than we expected, the lines of communication with the company were excellent throughout (work had to be delayed due to bad weather) and the work carried out was first class (and in a very short time). OMG were a recommendation made from a family member and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else.

OMG what a great company
OMG – well named. We are thrilled with the revamp of our raised veranda. It runs the length of the back of the house, ours like so many in Cornwall, built on a hillside.
The one they replaced had been condemned before we bought the house just a year ago. It is the sunniest space and a shame not to be able to sit out and admire the view during our first summer. The old veranda was wood and has been replaced with maintenance free composite and glass and looks WOW. Also a couple of our “blue sky” wants, double doors onto the terrace where windows had been were added in to the veranda and look amazing. They have made the symmetry across the back of the house much more appealing. OMG have delightful workers, we met quite a few over the two weeks the project mostly took. I cannot name all the guys that were here during the couple of weeks but they were all very polite, hardworking and keen to do a faultless job. OMG have different teams for different jobs so we had carpenters, landscapers and plumbers when needed. When the unexpected occurred OMG came up with ways to combat. What was unusual was that Gareth, Adam and Shane came up with some ideas that we had not thought about and the end result was a practical and visually flowing solution for what was needed (and much better than we had expected) WELL DONE TO YOU OMG, and thank you for making our project a reality. Can HIGHLY recommend this company.
Will be hoping to book them in the future as they will be our first call. Thank you again.
