Just received my products. Was satisfied with the service from start to finish.

Good product that was suited for my needs. Well built and hopefully will last s lifetime.

I ordered 2 RV Pedestals from Outdoorsiness in April. I was immediately charged, but have waited 2 months to receive these products. In May, I was told they would arrive June 20th. When they did not arrive, and I was once again forced to reach out to Outdoorsiness, I was not given any concrete information on the status of my order. When I recontacted and said I would be notifying my credit card company of a possible scam (I also questioned the unprofessional nature of the "company's" website and customer service), I received an email notifying me that my order would be cancelled. I returned this email with another request for an order status. The following day, I received an email telling me my order was expected to be filled June 30th, followed by an email stating "scratch that" your order has been cancelled and allotted to another customer. This after waiting over 2 months and having been charged for MY order.

I am so happy to be able to write a review for Outdoorsiness! Everything about your company and your product was perfect.
I needed 6 pool chairs for my son's wedding on June 12th. I started looking to order them about 3 months ahead of time, but soon realized that every company was back logged due to COVID, except Outdoorsiness. I loved the fact that I could actually call your company and talk to someone about my order. I spoke a real live person, who assured me that the company could have them manufactured and delivered by the first week in June.
They did indeed come in time! They were extremely well packed and covered in blister pack wrapping for protection. The light blue mesh color with white trim looks fantastic next to the pool and completed the decor for my son's outdoor wedding. The chairs are very sturdy and extremely well made.

Firstly, your website made it easy to find the chairs I was looking for and place my order without trying to sell me random products or add ons that leave a customer confused and wondering if the product they ordered is in fact complete. Next, your customer service people replied to my emails promptly answering my questions and allaying my concerns. My order arrived exactly when it was promised and it was packaged beautifully protecting my purchase, which was exactly what I ordered! I ordered the 5' log swing. The item came in the expected timeframe and was fairly easy to assemble. I was able to put it together by myself with no help. The swing is beautiful but more important extremely comfortable! The seat is beautifully contoured and fits 3 adults comfortably. I can't say enough about the craftsmanship as well as the excellent customer service. I hardly by any larger ticket items without reading several reviews. This company came highly recommended by many, and now myself included.

Great quality umbrella. Shipping took a while but I assume it is because of the pandemic.
