When other companies boast about customers services well what can I say, phone answered within seconds not minutes. Questions answered so helpful and a great experience. Keep up the great work

Rang Outfox as they had emailed me saying they were sorry to lose me as I was switching to another supplier.
I had not initiated a switch, and had not had any communication from anyone about switching.
Spoke to Jay - very helpful. Switch was to be to So Energy (who?) on 24/4/26. Stop has been put on the switch. Result.

Having problems with our smart meter not connecting, Wiktoria was great, I explained the problem and it was passed on to the metering team to investigate and resolve. Polite, helpful and efficient, exactly what I needed during my busy day.

It was easy to get in touch with Outfox Energy (by email as it was out of hours) and my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Jurgis, who was very helpful.

I made an email request to lower my direct debit payments. Aditya from the Outfox team answered promptly that it would come into effect the following month, and so it was.

Jay was fantastic. He helped expedite my refund, hopefully it will arrive as soon as possible. But his customer care was perfect.
