Fantastic Customer Service
Had a problem accessing my account after signing up for new contract. Contacted customer services and spoke with Sumayyah. She was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. Very impressed with the service I received.
Excuse after excuse regarding delayed refund
In my experience, this company has been very poor (in service but rich as they keep your money longer than necessary), as despite knowing exactly how much energy I use. I was constantly harassed regarding smart meters. They do not work where I live. They then kept hiking the direct debit payment up to unaffordable levels, apparently predicting that my energy consumption would double every few months - it never has. I then had to demand refunds because they never actually refund you, even if you have a year's supply in credit. Then there were delays in processing the refunds despite up-to-date readings. They eventually said they would pay me in 5 working days, but then I rang them, and they said it would be longer. Had I not paid them, I am sure they would have reported me to a credit reference agency, and there would have been hell to pay. All the customer service people I spoke to were very polite, but that does not change how this company operates. To their credit (hence two stars), they did email me, but they made some excuse about final readings (a few quid as they were slow) that could have been sorted out had they moved a bit faster and been as eager to issue a refund as they no doubt are to pursue customers if a customer owes them so much as £1 (I never have owed them anything, but they have held on to my money without paying me a penny of interest and interupted my work with pesky calls about smart meters and did not seem to prioritise giving me a refund). By contrast, my new company, Fuse, seems much better, and I recommend switching to them for peace of mind. Fuse are better in respect of solar and their app is a lot frienlier to use.

Morag was very polite and helpful, explained everything in full detail and went through each tariff and sorted the best one for me, which I appreciated very much. Morag also updated my priority list as I had something else to add to it. Everything was sorted out with Morag, thank you so much and it was a pleasure speaking to Morag.
