My experience was great from start to finish.
The product quality is excellent, shipping was fast, and customer service was very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions.
Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

I placed my order and got the confirmation email. It said 4-9 days shipping, and that they would let me know when my order shipped out.
I never got any other emails, so 8 days after I placed the order, I reached out to their customer support.
I got a quick reply saying that my order had indeed shipped out, and they also included a tracking link.
There must’ve just been a bug in their system, and that’s why I didn’t get any of the usual update emails, but the problem was handled perfectly!!
Very excited to receive my order - I ordered a few years ago as well, and I still wear those rings daily:)) They’re amazing - beautiful and lasts FOREVER! And the pricing is totally reasonable! Would definitely order again.

Bought a bracelet and was very pleased with the quality when it arrived. Website is very well laid out and the stories behind the pieces are very good.

I bought the free bird ring, the site is easy to navigate around, many choices of styles to suit any would be client.

I received my purchase in good time., and received updates too boot on the delivery.

The free bird (raven ring) is a personal choice to me, I was 13 yrs old and I had what I can only call a one in million experience with this absolutely stunning bird, and from that day to present day, the Raven is what I call my spiritual animal...and this ring is a reminder for me of that day.

Love the ring, 5 star service throughout will be visiting the site again soon.

And nearly forgot, I also received a neat little ring sizer, so you can pick the correct size, so what ya waiting for, go visit the site pick a piece and enjoy.

When ordering and paying, I instantly got updates on what was happening with my items. I got updates on the delivery. When I got my items the packaging was great! You can tell they put just as much into presenting the item as they do to the items themselves. The items were great aswell, definitely worth a browse and possibly a purchase!
When I have been in touch with the team. They have been amazing. They were so polite and friendly. I was in contact with a lovely person called Joy. It just makes the experience a little more enjoyable

I discovered Outlaws on Instagram. I liked the style of the jewels but also the artistic nature of the pictures. I bought a neckless with a cross then a few rings. First they look in reality as nice as on Instagram. Second, quality is there, either with stainless or silver items. No disappointment ! Third, delivery is great : quick, reliable and with a good follow up and information. I admit that I overlooked the many messages I received after my purchases which spoke about a community. Then the sliver ring handmade I ordered was slightly smaller than the size expected. I contacted the customer service. I was thrilled by the approach, the care and the empathy. It was really a personalised approach caring for my problem, interacting constantly with me. It was so great that I mentioned it as exceptional after sales service around me. The problem is not yet solved but the way forward is promising. What I learned from it ? It is more than a product and marketing, it is a rewarding experience. Customer care is a great experience. Finally I feel what being part of a community means. What an experience, crew !

Hi , I’m client of Outlaws long time ago , I had maybe 6 or 7 rings, one is best than another, literally I bought 2 pieces Ang got one free , I didn’t expect that, was actually good surprise and I saw the other, not only this I can choose the gift, so! No words can describe my happiness! Great looking pieces, although they scratch easily, so the rings don’t look as good shortly after wearing, due to all of the scratches

These rings absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality feels fantastic right out of the box, solid, comfortable, and really well made. The details and finish look even better in person, and they have a great weight to them without feeling bulky.
