Great product
Great product. Had my original backpack for 15 years and still going strong.
If you ride a motorbike then these are also great for luggage - strong, waterproof and very well priced.

I have used Overboard bags for over 10…
I have used Overboard bags for over 10 years. As a family we all have the back packs, large duffel bag that has survived many flights and baggage handling having travelled the world with us.
We use the dry tubes for paddle boarding and keeping our phones and car keys dry and safe.

I recently purchased a waterproof bag from OverBoard and I’m really impressed with the quality. The material feels extremely durable and well-made, giving me confidence that it will stand up to plenty of use. Most importantly, it’s completely waterproof — I’ve used it in heavy rain and around water and everything inside stayed perfectly dry.
The roll-top seal is simple to use and creates a really secure closure, which is great for peace of mind when you’re outdoors. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to carry and has plenty of space for essentials without feeling bulky.

Do not buy, terrible product and customer service
Received an original overboard backpack for Christmas. First used at the rowing club in February. Coming back soaking wet from a rainy session to put on my dry clothes. I was appalled to find the entire contents of my bag floating in a pool of water. Even the contents of the inner pocket was soaking wet.
Wrote to customer services to request a full refund. They replied ‘no problem’ and details of the return process. There was no stipulation the refund was conditional.
After receiving the bag, overboard then emailed to say that they did not consider the bag to be faulty and now would not honour the refund, and have also not offered a credit note or exchange for a different product. So now Overboard have our money and the unwanted leaking and not waterproof bag. Having had roll top bags for many years, the suggestion it seems is I am at fault for allegedly not rolling their bag correctly…
Do not purchase from this company and terrible customer service. Looking at the volume of 1 and 2 star reviews my experience is far from alone.
Passed to credit card company to resolve.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. When we were first contacted regarding the leak, a refund was requested under the product warranty. As no visible damage was reported, we asked for the bag to be returned so we could inspect and test it for any manufacturing fault to determine how water may have entered.
After thorough checks, we were unable to find any manufacturing fault or damage with the bag. As the bag had been used and was not in a resalable condition, we were unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. We remain happy to return the bag to you if you contact our team via our email communication.
We take all customer feedback seriously and always aim to provide clear guidance on product use, warranties, and returns.

Straight forward ordering. Amazing price (due to 20th Anniversary discount) on the 90L OverBoard Duffle I bought, yet to give as a Birthday gift.
With 5 Year warranty and write up on the product, I am confident that the recipient will love it.

Awesome Customer service from Luke
I had a problem with my classic 30 backpack as the shoulder strapped failed and Luke was quick responding to my warranty enquiry and provide me with a new backpack.
