This company has a horrible history of filling orders correctly, or at all.

The first time I ordered directly from them they sent me nothing, because they were out of one of the products I ordered. I had to reach out to them for them to send me what they did have in stock. Unbelievable

More recently, they sent me the incorrect color and then tried to convince me it was the same.

Just no.

I love their products usually. But I ordered the black velvet and it is NOT black at all. Kinda disappointing. It's more dark purple or blue. Just a heads up...

I love oVertone. It softens my hair and helps me keep my color.
Smells great, too.

My favorite color (Extreme Pink) is out of stock with no restock date or explanation. And the sample size is sold out. The other pinks that may come close are ones marketed toward brown hair? I bought another color but I wish there had been some answer on of this color is canceled, backordered, an estimated return date or SOMETHING.

I cannot find any tracking number for my order. I paid extra for the 2-5 day shipping and haven't seen an update on my order

I don't know what they did to the purple for brown hair when they made it royal plum, but I LOVE IT! The color is so vibrant and is exactly what I wanted and expected. I've been loyal to overtime for years and it just keeps getting better!

Please for the love of God though, put a tab on the foil over the containers. It's impossible to get off!

I believe it's very healthy for my hair. I have silver hair, so the new smoky lavender has taken the place of the royal purple! It fades out slowly, although the smoky colors seem to fade out faster than the royal purple.
I'm 81 so glad there's an alternative to the regular hair dyes.

The color I ordered did not show in my hair what so ever

Overtones saved my hair. After a year of 8 surgeries, my hair and nails were breaking -- a real mess. I found Overtones just in time. Their conditioning dye was just what I needed and all of their products are good for my hair. Love the color. Love my healthy hair!

I contacted support to change the shipping address of my order. It was incredibly hard to find the right email to contact. When I did finally get in contact the email urged me to “act quickly” as orders were being processed. I responded to the email less than 12 hours later and got an automated response that shipping is out of office and will get back to me within 2 business days. It’s ridiculous to ask your customers to respond in a timely manner when you are unable to give them the same courtesy. My order is still not going to the right address and now I have wasted my time with contacting support to create a new order in time.

I love using titanium overtone. I am in the process of growing out my grays. With that comes nasty brassy strands. With the titanium it transforms the dry washed out look, leaving the silver vibrant!! Only trouble is it takes long before order is shipped. That's where I leave it short of a five-star review

The twilight is not dark enough and I can't find the extreme silver

Ordered got canceled and did not receive an explanation why.

I love Overtone! Ever since I began using it last September my aging hair has improved in texture, silkiness and shine. I'm so happy I don't have to put all the harsh chemicals contained in permanent hair color on my head. Last year I experimented with different purples and got so many compliments. I switched to espresso brown (which comes out reddish) for a while and I'm ready to go back to purple for the winter. It suits my skin tone much better.

Unfortunately this color is violet in my hair, not a warm autumn color.

I didn't like all of the pop up icons on the webpage. It made it difficult to really look at everything from my phone. It also wasn't clear how to view my cart.

Have been using this product for years -- not big on change so it's been the same shade. Titanium Twilight (formerly Extreme Silver) Daily Conditioner has been out of stock for months with no re-stock date available. Rationed what I had ... then had to order a different shade ... we'll see. The product gives great color ... easy to use ...price is right. Much more convenient than a salon appointment :-)

I could even do it and I am a klutz at doing things with my hair

I’ve been using Overtone for the past few years whenever I want to add some color to my hair, and it never disappoints. As long as your hair is blonde or bleached, the colors come out really pigmented and last quite a while especially the red and purple, which stay vibrant even after a few washes. I’m always impressed with Overtone, and the best part is it doubles as a deep conditioner my hair ALWAYS comes out super soft.
