The shipping price is really annoying, I've heard really good things, but the shipping price is so stupid. Also, there is not a lot of variety of colors, I wish there were some lighter blues. I really like how it shows how to use, and such. I also like how they have hair strength and such. I would recommend putting what oz to use for what lengths.

When I decided to grow out my grey after 30+ years of permanent dyes, I tried many products to blend the grey with the brown parts of my hair. All of these gave practically zero results until I found Overtone twilight titanium. It works so well that I now have a subscription. I gave one star off only because their website only features young models with dramatic color changes. They should really consider marketing to mature women also.

Still have not received any shipping details several days later.

The product is wonderful--easy to use and the colors are great.

I have a mousy blonde natural color and have gone lighter for most of my adult life. I stopped dying my hair to keep from damaging it, but my natural color just left me looking washed out. Overtone Espresso Brown was the perfect solution! My hair is rich with color and soft and silky after also using The Remedy for fine hair. I'm excited to keep it going and experiment with different shades. Thank you, Overtone!

I've always been an Overtone girly, especially when I was maintaining silver hair lengthening down to my bottom!
Recently after a health diagnosis I needed a desperate change from my natural hair, so I knew to come to Overtone! I found the perfect duo for my new subtle split hairstyle! Upon the packages arrival I noticed it had been delivered to my old address; Overtone didn't hesitate to replace my order and make it right!! Now that's A1 customer service! It happened overnight. 10/10 from me always!

Love the product, the ordering experience, and the customer service. The only thing that could improve would be the packaging, which I’d love to see shift to lower-impact pouches, for example.

Why when you have a sale, do you automatically get the lesser priced item for the percentage off? Why would you not give an equally priced item the percentage discount?? As an established customer, in good standing, this seems like a shady way of doing business

Hair feels smooth after coloring. Good rich color.

It is fun to get color from Overtone. My hair always feels soft and conditioned after coloring my hair.

I’ve used Overtone before. I’m always pleased with the color and condition of my hair. I get a lot of compliments on the color, especially on a sunny day. I use Royal Plum color conditioner and mask.

Their dyes only work well on freshly beached porous hair, otherwise will fade very quickly even if your hair was a lighter shade. not worth the money for the upkeep of recoloring every 2-3 weeks.

Their subscription program doesn't send out a reminder so you can make changes in time, instead you're stuck paying for return shipping costs. Within minutes of receiving an email that I had an order "created" I tried to chat with CS but no one ever responds (wasn't the first time) and it goes to their email. by the time they reply it's "ooops, your order is too far in the shipping process and we can't do anything for you". really? either send out reminders OR have someone on chat 24/7.

The dye didn't work for me, it was more dull brown than red and just darkened hair. The consistency is also difficult to apply. What really could be improved is actual instructions instead of a few steps. Most home dye kits include lots of guidance and tips for different situations.

I had this at my house for a couple of months now, the color is way too bright in person on the box. I sent in a request for return the second I opened it an NO REPSONSE
