Lost my VPS and all data without any explanation or chance to recover
Technically, their infrastructure seems decent, but my experience ended in a disaster. One day, they simply deleted my VPS without any prior notice or explanation.
The real problem started when I tried to contact support. I couldn't log in to my account to open a ticket because the account was already gone. I attempted to create a new account just to submit a complaint, but they refused to verify my identity, stating they couldn't confirm that I was the owner of the deleted account.
I tried calling their support line. The representative promised to investigate the issue and email me back. To this day, I have received no response whatsoever. I was never given a chance to back up my data or save my projects; it was just wiped out.
Even if the company believed there was some issue with my account or payment, simply deleting the server without any additional warning was clearly not the smartest solution.
In my opinion, this is an absolutely unreliable company. You risk losing all your projects and data completely, and you will never find out why it happened. I strongly advise against using them for any serious or large-scale projects.
I am extremely disappointed with extremely slow support.
I am extremely disappointed with OVHcloud’s support system. My business was effectively offline for 6 days due to an issue, and their response was extremely slow, causing major disruption. For a service I trusted for critical operations, this level of support is unacceptable.

I couldn't get a VPS, as I'm not in my country of residency, although I sent them a bank statement, that this address is valid.
This company is completely untrustworthy.
Regardless of the domain name, the service provided by this French company is terrible. Submitting support tickets doesn't resolve the issues, and they are suspected of fraud and humiliating consumers, lying to customers even when it's clear they cannot solve the problem.

You get no support, no email answer whatsoever with ordinary costumer plan.
They brag on their site that they offer all the OS images optimized for their systems but if you don't buy a Windows Server license won't have access to the Windows Image.
Via Paypal you'll get only generic answer like:
-Me: "Password reset doesn't work and I'm locked out"
-OVH: "Login and open a ticket"
(Also stay away from Paypal, absolutely useless in the matter)

It's been 11 days for and he replied twice but both of them are useless answers. My ticket still isn't resolved and they are taking a lot of time to reply each time.

OVH Allows Fraudulent Resellers Like HostBlast
When I saw their low rating it wasn't a big surprise, after all they allow a company like HostBlast to be a reseller of their services.
I reported an IP from OVH that was constantly probing my site hundreds to thousands of times. As a result of my abuse report (#386237 - [Abuse #CBTVZWKLJX] Abusive use of your service on
autodiscover[.xxxxxxxx[.]com HostBlast suspended my service. It was HostBlast scanning and they weren't using an authorized IP listed by OVH.
Later, HostBlast would accuse me of using my account for spam and phishing emails. There's only one big problem-- My site uses Cloudflare servers and everything goes through their servers--there is NO RECORD of any emails coming through that site except the abuse complaint to OVH.
OVH, let me very blunt--HostBlast claims that they are a United States company but we believe that they operate from Sri Lanka and anything in the United States is a fake "shell."
We may not know exactly where HostBlast is, but we know where OVH is located and you are libel for allowing a reseller to commit "wire fraud."

However support is slow, repeating the same steps and basically don't put effort in resolving or researching the issue. We have quite some servers there (both .com and .ca), but I am really thinking of moving them over. It's not the first time this happens.
WARNING: Auto-Renewal Nightmare and Negligent Support - Think Twice Before Choosing This Company!
I have been a loyal customer of this company for over 10 years, but my recent experience has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The primary issue lies with their auto-renewal system, which not only forces you into another term without consent but also lacks any viable option to disable the auto-renewal feature. It's an incredibly frustrating situation.
Despite their claims of having systems in place to facilitate cancellation, these systems simply do not work. I attempted to cancel the server on the same day it was auto-renewed without my consent, but I hit a dead end. To make matters worse, their customer support was of no help whatsoever. They failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution to my problem, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored.
What truly baffles me is the lack of appreciation for long-term customers like myself. Instead of addressing the issue promptly and rectifying their mistake, they have the audacity to charge me for a month of usage that I never intended to continue. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Considering the dire state of their customer service and the overall negligence towards customers' needs, I strongly advise seeking alternative options for your server needs. Companies like Google, Amazon, or Azure offer more reliable services with significantly less spam traffic and a lower risk of security breaches. Yes, I said it – OVH's infrastructure is vulnerable, and your servers are in jeopardy.
To conclude, I am extremely disappointed with this company's auto-renewal practices, lack of cancellation options, unhelpful customer support, and their disregard for loyal customers. I urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company for their server needs.

The Asia Pacific branch of OVHcloud are highly likely going to be the cause of the downfall/collapse of OVHcloud.
Abysmal customer service, in-ability to manage the workload, deceptive and dismissive business practices, business management that does not continue a trusting rapport with clientele, service staff that couldn't really give a rat's about the customer/client and give rubbish stock standard replies (just watch any reply given here it will be generic, in-sincere and of no real substance).
Seriously atrocious management of the whole Asia Pacific branch of OVHcloud ... they will end up sinking this company.
We were potentially going to on-board up to 2500 VPS instances (around $1.5M in revenue per year for OVHcloud and as few as 500 so approx $300K per year) yet they couldn't be bothered to keep a rapport with us, could not be contacted except via support staff that really do not care at all and just reply with crap stock standard responses and sound so miserable you could almost feel their lack of enthusiasm for life working for OVHcloud. They sounded soulless and down trodden.

I purchased a server for a year...
I purchased a server for a year starting in June 2022. Everything worked fine until 2 months ago. I have been experiencing package drops for the last 2 months. The server was advertised as the ideal game server and for an amount of almost 100 euros per month you expect something.
The package drops started 2 months ago. But according to OVH, nothing was wrong. They then intervened (4 hours after the agreed time...) and unplugged and plugged in the network cable while they were going to replace the cable.
Then they replaced the cable from the wrong server. After that the problems were not solved. Then they went to replace the motherboard. After an hour I received a message that it was completed (while the server has not been offline. Great!).
After a few days of fiddling, things remained fairly stable. Until the beginning of this week. Package drops again, lag, no connection, my ping monitors at 2 locations simultaneously found that no pings were received and at that moment all players were kicked and could no longer connect.
OVH went to check again, they ran tests for 3 hours, nothing came out of this, and the problems suddenly got much worse.
According to OVH, it is not their fault. Fantastic, is it definitely just me?
After i have asked them to cancel my contract because i lost lots of community members due the disconnects, they simple say my contract can't be cancelled. After that, the server went down around 3-4 times a day and they now simply disabled the monitoring system so that the server does not create a ticket automatically. Unbelievable.
As of today, i'm still bound to the contract.
I have now asked them 2x nicely to cancel my contract immediately since they do not deliver what they promised me. I can't, I just have to follow their diagnostic steps for the umpteenth time. No! I don't want this anymore! Finished!
I sincerely hope that everyone who is going to purchase a server from them has read this.
Support is friendly, but poor. Prices are relatively cheap, but the quality is low.
After 3 times of contacts via review sites they still say that they can't cancel the contract because it is a one-year contract. So they can let me pay each month a 100 euro's for a service that has a lot of problems. Unbelievable.
I ordered snapshot for my VPS
I ordered snapshot for my VPS. Then I tried to cancel it on their page.. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE (with errors), So I am stuck paying 1.2$ extra for snapshoot option which I don't want. Been in contact with support several times and they said I had to wait to a certain date for it to go away (Billing date) and the "technician had cancel it". But that didn't help. It ended up for me to pay that anyway due server went offline. And now I am here again trying to get rid of that extra charge. I can in some extent say they are great as a service but support is a joke. Seems like they don't even want to fix their stuff. When you talk to them they act like (are you dumb)
So instead of a 5 star they get a 2 star due their support just isn't there. Sorry ... It is not about the money, it is about about ignorance to fix the problem.
