I recently had an issue with my VPS (vps-ee4d74bd.vps.ovh.net) and contacted OVHcloud support. Thanks to Leticia from the Claims Department, my request was handled professionally and efficiently.
The server was successfully replaced, and the previous contract was terminated as a one-time exception due to my specific circumstances in Ukraine, where the ongoing war has created very difficult financial conditions. The invoice was canceled. Communication was clear, and all steps were explained.
I am very satisfied with the service and the level of support provided. Thank you for your assistance!

No way of communication!!!
Purchased an VPS, order got cancelled personal detail inaccuracy, but I dont know what’s wrong. They have my contact number emails to verify. biggest problem is I cannot reply to any their mail, can’t create a support ticket unless I have active product. NO EMAILS AVAILABLE, NO LIVE CHAT EVEN IN BUSINESS HOURS.

Best price-performance ratio on the market
I have been a dedicated server customer since 2018. Recently i add a new dedicated server, migrating from VMWARE free to PROXMOX. At the moment to close the old server, Joanna (ticket CS11485211) kindly saved me from having to pay for early termination of the contractual commitment.
Dedicated servers require a certain amount of technical preparation to take full advantage of them, but once configured, I've never had a problem that support hasn't resolved very quickly.
Highly recommended.

I was scared every domain name I bought…
I was scared every domain name I bought were cancelled and no refund could be expected, but the agent were there very professionnal and caring and he fixed everything within seconds and help me getting reassured and feel better now. I only need to buy one more domain name in replacement of the one that is not free and that Block the process for a transfer that were asked to me. But the agent fixed every thing. Tanks à lot

I am generally satisfied but too slow
I am generally satisfied with OVHcloud; their services are reliable and meet my needs. However, the only downside is that it takes quite a long time to get responses from support. Once you do get through, the help is good, but the waiting period can be frustrating. Overall, a positive experience, but I hope they improve their support response times.

OVH is an easy platform
OVH is an easy platform, but you need to know more what you do. E.g. when I auto renewed my DNS but not my domain name, I would expect to be warned before it shuted down.
But customer service / chat is very efficient and OVH never let me in a bad situation, every time I asked them support.

OVH support review
We’ve been with OVH for over 8 years. We left Hetzner after some terrible incidents and never looked back. Our experience with OVH has been solid—excluding the major fire incident that happened a couple of years ago. To be fair, that was a big deal and quite a mess, but since then, all the new data centers have been built with multiple safety layers to prevent anything like that from happening again.
Support has also improved significantly in recent years! Response times have dropped dramatically to just a few hours (this is with the standard, entry-level support plan), which is a huge improvement compared to a few years ago when we often had to wait several days or even call support directly to get anything resolved. The quality of support has always been high—our requests were never denied, and the support team was consistently polite, professional, and capable of resolving our issues.
We’re writing this review because we recently needed to upgrade one of our servers. The existing server had a commitment for several more months, but support allowed us to move that commitment to the new server and even carried over the remaining credit (CS11336208)—no questions asked. So, thank you very much!

I recently lost my primary domain name…
I recently lost my primary domain name because of them. It was connected to my primary email address, and contacting their support was a complete waste of time. The response was extremely slow, and they couldn’t provide a solution. They kept repeating that it was impossible to renew it, but they didn’t give any details on when or how it would be possible. The dashboard is also terrible to navigate, and it shows false information in the user interface. Overall, this is the worst cloud service I’ve ever used. If you’re considering using it, I highly recommend avoiding it.

i bought a VPS server from them and they cancelled my order even though i sent them a screenshots that proves the payment has been done succesfully but they did nothing except telling me to wait 9-21 days
