Really poor experience with OVO
Really poor experience with OVO. The main problem being the £1k final bill. The bill came about because they had not kept our direct debit up to date to reflect our usage. In fact, they had actually halved our direct debit for the last 6 months of our contract to reflect our usage. They also arranged to fit an electricity and gas smart meter but only fit an electricity smart meter (which we only realised ourselves months later and had to start re-sending manual readings). Overall, really poor account management from OVO and such costly mismanagement shouldn't be accepted in the tough times we are all currently facing. Would not recommend.

I sent an email to OVO regarding some questions re: the installation of a smart GAS meter in a gas cupboard shared with other residents in the appartment block in which I live. I sent the mail at 13:40 on 6th May and received a call from Helen (one of their customer service team) by 11:54 the following day. Helen was very helpful and very keen to help solve the issue I had raised. She followed up the call with a detailed email. Customer service of the highest quality, well done OVO 👍
