This is our second time working with Jenn from OwnUp and our experience was even better than the first time. The whole process was quite smooth and rapidly arranged. Closing a real estate deal is such time sensitive matter and Jenn's timely help made everything go very smoothly! We cannot recommend Own Up more.

I was interested how much I should anticipate to get for a mortgage Loan, and I was informed as an approximate amount. That gave me some confidence.

Before going to Own Up, I received quotes from two different lenders. Own Up beat these quotes by a large margin on both rate and closing costs. Upon bringing this to another lender, they said they could match those terms, which made me more eager to stick with Own Up where they gave me the absolute best terms right away, not after seeing the competition.
