Good quality and cheap.
I'm a regular customer of package pets and have no cause for complaint. The products are good, delivery always on time and there is a good and varied list of products. The prices are cheaper than the supermarkets and my furry babies are more than happy ☺☺☺

Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company! Avoid!!!! They messed up the postage,I emailed to cancel and they lied saying it was posted even though I checked delivery notifications and it hadnt. They ignored my request to cancel, sent it anyway (days after it should have arrived) They posted despite my request to cancel. Postage took a week to arrive and I had to buy a new cage etc elsewhere. Also, the cage they advertise for the hamster is too small! They agreed to pay return postage due to the cock up with delivery and then took back their gesture when they sent the wrong QR code and said I should pay it myself! Worst customer service team, you will speak to a different person each time and told different things! Avoid like the plague,it's cheap for a reason!
