Problematic!

The driver was not happy to deliver to my door as I live on the 5th. floor, (there is a lift), however he did eventually.
The seat is not very comfortable for longer periods of use, the arms are rather flimsy. I’ve only had it for a few days yet and so not sure how it will last.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought a paddle board and lost the removable fin.

Called into their service desk and explained the problem. I was asked to provide it in writing, which I did.

They then wrote back and informed me that they do not supply spares!

So £300 for a paddle board and now has no fin and I have to see if I can source one, from eBay! That was their suggestion for their spare parts.

JOKE!

RESPONSE TO THEIR BELOW REPLY - you have a customer issue that you are not doing anything about. You acknowledge below other customers have had the same issue. But also that you do have some replacement fins!

Simple answer to this customer issue. Order some more fins from whoever makes them for you!

Expensive and damaged in transit

The lid and back panel were damaged in transit, and were replaced with a second delivery. But I am left with 2 large pieces to dispose of. Which is an inconvenience as I will have to make a trip to the local municipal waste site.
I think the box is ok but overpriced for what it is.

Better than expected

Storage box arrived on time. The quality was better than expected for the price paid. Easy to assemble too. We have had large amounts of rain and the box remains water tight.

Good quality and good value

Was delivered the day after ordering. Although I haven't opened the box yet it looks securely packaged. I bought the smaller one last year to store garden cushions and it didn't let any rain in.
