Returns policy price and quality
Made the mistake of buying two items on sale as a gift. The items didn't fit so could only return for other items within 3 weeks. The stock in the shop hasn't changed so v difficult to find alternatives. Found a shirt but could not find anything else. Assistant kindly extended for a week so I'll give credit to someone else. Prices in paco have gone up quality of fabrics gone down and styles have become tacky. Jewellery also very cheap looking.Paco was not always like this. Who ever is buying for the shops needs to realise that people will notice poor quality. Such a pity it used to be good. Returns policy also not reasonable for customers.

5 lovely items
I have to return 2 of my 5 items as they don't fit, but all the items are fabulous quality, beautifully made and very well priced.
Lovely staff member also rang me in advance of shipping because he noticed a typo on my order. I had ordered the wrong size on 1 item. Really good service 👏 I was impressed with that

Bought sale item as gift for someone. Went to return and was told the staff member was unable to issue a credit note. Would have to return when manager present. This person was quite rude also - said could exchange but shop was closing on 20 mins.
When I did return manager said item could only be exchanged. No credit note. This should be pointed out at time of sale. Was not. Manager at least was apologetic but it is an awful company. Have spoken to people since with similar experience. Avoid avoid avoid
