So disappointing

My first order on this store was a true disaster.

It took 8 days to arrive from Spain to Belgium with GLS and the delivery person went to a wrong place.
The problems really started from here as GLS pretended to have a proof of delivery while they never came to my address. I wasted so much time contacting PadelMarket and the delivery company by emails (at least 20 in total) to locate my parcel.

Finally, 2 weeks later, my racket arrived but I bought from an other store meanwhile, thinking that case would never be sorted.

PadelMarket recognised the awful experience and they refunded me the 5€ delivery fee + gave me a 12% discount code on my next order. Which sounds more like a joke than a commercial gesture.

Nunca mas ;-) There are many much better online padel stores.

Nice racket, good price. Prompt delivery.

Racket came promptly using DHL. Much preferred delivery service provider, who was efficient and informative every step of the way.
My Previous attempt with another (different)sports company, using Royal Mail as the delivery agent to the UK has been and still is an absolute disaster.
Well done Padel Market and DHL for achieving what XXXX (no fault of theirs so will not name) and Royal Mail could not. Very happy with my 2025 version

No response after providing all requested return documentation

I purchased two pairs of shoes to compare sizing and decided to return the unworn pair. The item was only briefly tried on at home — original packaging, tags, and seals fully intact. I contacted customer support, who requested photos and a reason for return. I sent everything as requested on April 7th. Since then — complete silence. No follow-up, no return label, nothing. Very disappointing experience for what should be a straightforward return process.

AFTER REVIEW THEY COME BACK AND FIX ALL VERY FAST - change to 5 stars

They have offered me a shipping refund…

They have offered me a shipping refund over a month ago for a purchase that I made and never replied to my emails when I inquired about the refund. Terrible company ro deal with and unprofessional and extremely misleading.

Frustrating experience

Frustrating experience. Customer service repeatedly gave wrong information about VAT for shipments to Switzerland, claiming taxes are handled in Spain. This is simply false—Spanish VAT should not apply on exports, and Swiss VAT plus import fees are charged on arrival. Their repeated misinformed responses show a clear lack of understanding of basic international shipping and taxation. I cannot recommend this shop for orders from outside the EU.

People in the UK do not use

People in the UK do not use this company , virtually ignored all my emails about sending the wrong size trainers .
I returned the trainers and again my emails were ignored and no correct size sent back to me .
Contacted Klarna who refunded my money.
In the UK use Everything Padel or PDH SPorts or Smashinn .
Stay away don't touch
