I have tried off and on for several weeks now to withdraw just $100. I was given free spins that miraculously I turned into over 30,000, but with only a limit of 100 that could be withdrawn. But to my surprise I had to verify my identity again. So I uploaded a picture for my driver's license that was accepted but I had to verify the debit card I had used previously. That card had been stolen in unwanted charges attempted on it. Of course I canceled that card it got a new one. I still needed to verify the old card, I was told I need to do write a handwritten note explaining what happened, upload my driver's license again before I could be verified. I also needed a picture of the front and back of the stolen debit card. Of course the stolen debit card was stolen, so I did not have the physical card which I explained in several text messages chat rooms and emails. The same response was, I needed to upload a picture driver's license upload a picture of the front and back of the existing debit card before I could be verified. Boy they sure took my money quickly and easily with no issues within minutes when you're depositing money to play, absolutely cannot get the $100 back from them. Horrible, horrible, laughable online gambling site. To reiterate, they asked me multiple times to upload my driver's license to verify my ID that I had and they had approved, and asked me to upload a picture of the front and back of the stolen credit card I had used before several times. They ain't going to pay you no money stay away. I have reported them to the better Business bureau I have contacted a lawyer to ask what can be done with such obvious and abusive fraudulent behavior on their part. Be warned

It is possible to win here, but they lie about their payout policies and typically take over a month to pay. If you win anything big, they will eventually cut off all access to support and your host. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

I received a free chip with a hook of come back and play again on us: I won over $1,000 because I hit a jackpot after my $2,500 play through my bonus money was.reduced to $100 (maximum for the free chip) I was okay with that casinos can't just give out thousands of dollars. So then to withdraw the money I have to first send in a $10 verification deposit and still being naive I did, then it was on the the identification verification which I passed but they never unlocked my withdrawals so I messaged support, this is when support told me that since I hadn't made a deposit since my last free chip I was not eligible for any of the winnings at this point I'm like fine just send me back my $10 and I'll move on and never play here again. Now there telling me I didn't pass the verification process which I clearly did, so I'm realizing I got ripped off they're spinning me in circles over $10 which I'm just going to write off! After using free spins and playing through 45x's I was left with $452.00. My account said that I could redeem $116. I requested to redeem $100. Part of the verification was that I had to deposit $10 in Litecoin, which I did. It was accepted with the notice that I could request it back with my redemption. So that should have given me $126 to redeem. I stuck with the $100 figuring I'd spend the other $26 on their site. Well, they ended up sending me $13 in litecoin, $10 of which I had just deposited! So from $126, I won $3. I messaged them to see why that was and have yet to get any response. DO NOT DEPOSIT OR PLAY HERE!!! They are a joke!! I wouldn't give them 1 star if I did not have to!!

It's only been a week since I cashed out $200 and the customer service person said it has been approved so 3 stars for now. It's not possible to have multiple accounts with enclave casinos unless you have multiple phone numbers. My old number already had an account and I had to change it to play here. Palace of Chance casino and it's sister casinos are absolutely cheating it's players. I have tried every style of gambling on the slots and on the keno platforms and I can tell you they will only take our money,,,and take it some more. I'm at lost for words in this one. Some casinos at least let you play. Ive had several instances where I've gotten absolutely nothing back. Big bets, little bets, fast play, slow play,changing everything up several times in a game. And what really peeves me is how they put 20 free spins a day in for a week and then put a huge playthrough on it and only let you cash out for 100 bucks if your one of the luckiest sons a guns in the planet. I won fair and square 1,795. I did not use their
