So I signed it for the first time a couple days ago I won $100 surprisingly everything seem to be going well until I only got my deposit back. I reached out to customer support they said that it was denied because I have multiple accounts, but that’s not true and I tried to explain it the mistaken. this is an attempt not to pay after jumping to numerous hoops of theirs waiting days almost a week for them to tell me it’s been denied when all of the transactions on my account say approved I don’t know what kind of scam stuff they’re pulling but it’s ridiculous. I don’t have another account.

After waiting for weeks I was denied numerous times on my same withdrawal request without an explanation as to why since all was verified and followed all the T&C.
Customer service take very long to respond to chats.
