Horrible customer service. Scammer. Don't deposit with this joke of a casino game. I won 81 dollars. Transaction said request approved. The live chat person named Isabella. Said we didn't send it cause you used free spins . The bonus i received was for free spins.

Never had the courtesy of dealing with a penny pinching casino until now. They will look for every single reason possible to avoid paying out. I could tell my customer service rep was just giving me the run around when I unintentionally followed their exact instructions & yet they still said they couldn’t pay me out. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are much better legitimate sites out there.

I. Called it palace of scammers. When I'm withdrawing $600+ . They said ddo my verification. I did submitted my DL for proof of identity.. my bank, and bills to proof of address. Then I thought complete. They said i need a to give them myproof of residency like green card or citizenship certificate. I told them I. Not applying from a job or passport. I insist to give a copy of my citizenship certificate. That my pride possession. I end up just giving it all back to them by playing it. And never play with their casino for real money

This place should be closed. They are not gonna give your money to you. I have been trying since Sept 9th; they decided no credit union bank, so I go open another bank and send it to them, and of course decided don't deal with them also. Just a big, big rip-off; should be closed.

I will be leaving this game because I played won 450.00 bucks I withdrew on July 6, I waited til the holiday passed it is now the 15th of July and I just messaged them to let this know what's going on and they said, no I can't because the bonus was free and I could only cash out if I deposited 30 dollars. Now why would they let me withdraw twice. Two different amounts.

If you ever win, apparently you should never accept a free spin or chips bonus or they can void your winnings. I had $400 voided that I won because of this.

I had tried to do a $200 withdrawal months prior using a wire transfer that was cancelled and returned to my account. And then I tried another method that was cancelled and returned to my account. And then I made a minimum bitcoin deposit to try that way, won some, and then it was voided and not returned to my account. Keep in mind months passed between each of these attempts to do any withdrawal. Do not put any money into this site. You will likely not get anything back regardless of how much you win.

Well I'm always going to give the benefit of the doubt... so I made a deposit and won for a $1,000 .withdrew it ,took them 7 to 10 days to look at it (which was 10 )and then they sent me an email saying it was approved that I would get my money in 7 and 10 more days, here it is on Tuesday the 10th day business day would have been last Friday and now I get no responses on my live chat or emails so it looks like they burnt me

Update. Well I got my bread, it just took a hot minute( about 6 weeks) so they're legit they're just slow as f*** patience is a virtue I guess

If I could give less than one star I would. They are without a doubt scam artists. I played through all their play through, jumped through their hoops, made a "risk free" deposit so I could receive the withdrawal. Waited weeks after the withdrawal being approved, just to get told that they denied me because I didn't have a deposit. They robbed me of my "risk free" deposit, slow rolled me like they were paying me, and at the end of the day had the audacity to tell me the solution was depositing another $30.... they need to be shut down and investigated as they are clearly not operating legally or honestly

now it's going on a month now I requested a withdrawal and after completing what seemed to be their requirement and following their rules and then being told other out landished other requirements that had nothing to do with my request it came down to a wire transfer after completing their request for my banking information with I did they granted my withdraw but wait then I was told they don't do business with my bank .....yes another road block that's 3 so I do see I can request a check or money order of course that's one they say takes the longest but at this point I've got all the time in the world and I don't plan on going away I'll let you all know how this goes because at this point there's nothing for them to deny palace of chance man up and pay I see why they picked that name chance

I used a free chip code, had to get through $6,000 of playthrough, did it, went to withdrawal, they made me make a deposit, then they took my money and didn’t even give me money!!

After playing through a promotion I went to cash out. I was asked to verify my identity and I did. I was then asked to make a deposit to verify my Bitcoin address and I did. My withdrawal was then pending. From my deposit I won and made another withdrawal total withdrawal amount of $460 USD. my winnings of $400 was then taken from me under claims of having multiple accounts and using multiple promotions both of the statements not being true. I feel like this site is a scam that is used to gain your bank account and Bitcoin account information. They have no intention of paying out. If they correct this issue I'll change my post but as of now worst casino I've ever played at

I am a faithful customer at Palace of chance..wow what a casino! Little slow on the payouts but it's such a rocken casino everyone who goes wins and they get swamped ,they pay but they need a little time to get the job done.Overall Palace of chance is a good casino, friendly staff ,prompt email returns,and smooth running games.Go for a good pleasure time but give them time to pay out .Otherwise have fun at Palace .
