My Colada Hot Tub arrived last Thursday Amazing service from Palm Spas 👌
From order to delivery / installation I have nothing to fault.
Jaime assisted in my order and kept in touch when I had any queries.
Aaron and Billy installed it exactly where I wanted and explained everything to me in great detail (hot tub novice) including some great tips on looking after the tub.
The family are loving the tub, bubbles, speakers and lights.

Brilliant company with amazing value Hot Tubs and fantastic customer service. Our Tub was installed by Billy and Grant who made sure everything was working perfectly and gave us a clear explanation of how to manage the tub, chemicals etc. HUGELY pleased and would thoroughly recommend them.

Palm Spas were the only company who could get a new Hot Tub to me before October. It was ordered, delivered & installed in 3 weeks so I was very impressed. The install team were great & knowledgeable so it was fully installed & fully set up within 3 hours & we were in it with drinks & smiles by the evening!😎🥂....Thanks Guys... great job!

Just had our new hot tub delivered and installed absolutely brilliant service would highly recommend, delivered by Jordan and Ben, Jordon explained everything fully including adding the chemicals and ensured we were happy before leaving.

Had my Hot Tub delivered by Billy and Jordan, they were fab!!! On what was a boiling hot day, how they managed to position it was beyond me! Great work!! Absolutely loving my Hot Tub. Brilliant Company - thanks again.

Just taken delivery of our new Spritz spa , fantastic service the delivery went without a hitch I’d just like to compliment Luke and Jordan on their professionalism and courteousness were really helpful and explained everything spot on . Would highly recommend palm spas to anyone .

What can I say other than I’m super impressed! From the first phone call with Jamie to the delivery of our Trident Spa on Friday 7th August the Palm Spas team have been AMAZING! Big shout out to the delivery boys Aaron & Jordan they did a fab job of the install (they made it look so easy) thanks for everything guys and we hope to have many years happy tubbing!

Absolutley delighted with the hot tub, Grant and Luke did an amazing job getting the hot tub where we wanted it, hit a few snags but the boys were really professional about it, really pleased with everything.

Well what can I say, what a brilliant service from start to finish. Great communication from Aaron and Jordan on route to delivery. Delivery was on time and after some removal of my fence panels we managed to get it in. Superb hot tub and a great set up by Aaron and Jordan. Very impressed thanks guys.

Cracking service - loving the hot tub viva - Arron was spot on came and installed and showed me everything and even put my gate back on.

Fantastic service we had to wait for delivery as they where on order. But when it arrived it was top class service. The two guys who delivered it where fantastic. We have a big garden and nothing was too much trouble. They placed it in place and then filled it up and checked it was working ok. Would recommend them 100% as there service is fantastic. Great guys thank you.

Just had our new hot tub delivered from palm spas by Aaron and Ben. Excellent service, product and walk through by both the guys. Worked hard to get it in place with tricky access and very informative demo. Well done would highly recommend Palm Spas.

From start to delivery nothing has been too much for them. Tub was due to be delivered on the Wednesday and Paige called to say could deliver that day (Monday) as a space had become available. Access was tight but Luke made easy work of it. Would highly recommend Palm Spas

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Aran and Ben for delivering our hot tub, it wasn’t the easiest of jobs but they did it and made sure I was happy with everything before they left . Highly recommended, very friend service and only a phone call away if needed . Thank you 🙏
