I gave one star they actually deserve a 0 rating .. the quality is crap .. I never use that word but it is crap.. they do not give refunds .. these people are crooks the sizing is off the fabric is horrible .. if you read anything about this company having any quality it's someone from within the company .. you may as well just burn your money .. they are literally stealing peoples money ... it's a huge fraud .. I read allot of exactly what I'm saying on the BBB Better Business Bureau website and no-one had anything good to say about his company ! After posting this review, Pampelone sent a reply. They want to offer me another piece of their inferior crap products in exchange for the crap they sent. So I'm supposed to believe that the new crap they're offering me is better than the old crap ! They should return my money and they would if they weren't the crooks that they are .. I'm working on exposing this company anyway I can to prevent others from making the mistake I made .. I have already spoken directly to many people I know and will continue to do so! I am in the process of putting together something on all my social media pages and will be asking all of my followers to share! Please people DO Not order from this company !

Around my chest. And on top the return site is unavailable. Clothes came in way too late,16 days after order. Seems € 300,- down the drain. Be very, very careful.

i really like the perle blush dress The color is beautiful and perfect for summer its super comfortable and easy to wear casully. My only minor issue is that the fit is slightly loose around that waist,but its still flattering overall. definitely a great additon to my wardrobe.

Please check their refund policy before ordering. I did not read it carefully enough - as they only accept returns for a store credit. This is not in line with the UK Consumer protection policies and frankly will ensure a great number of people do not buy from them again - not very smart.
Hugely disappointed and unfortunately agree with the other negative reviews here. There is no room for error with this company. Wrong fit or size? Too bad. Wrong colour? That's on you. Please please please be aware of their policy.
UPDATE 16/7/24 - I was successfully granted a refund today by the team, which is hugely appreciated.

My recent purchase is my second one with Pampelone. As a seamstress and interior designer...I have found both purchases worth my buck! I couldn't be happier with the fabric and quality.....thank you!

Pamplone is a total joke. You cannot reach them via phone, they hide behind email. The quality of their clothing is cheap; the fabrics are cheap. Beware. You have a 14 day window to return anything. We were not notified of the shipment and were away for 2 weeks to return home to the shoddy dress my wife had ordered. It looked nothing like what she saw online. They will not issue a refund on our AMEX. Only a store credit. Avoid them at all cost. Their website return links do not work nor do they issue the promised credit. They are a joke, joke, joke.
