I have bought a few pieces from Pampelone and absolutely love, love, love them all and have gotten complements even from total strangers. Also, the customer service is professional and timely with any concerns I have had. I will keep purchasing from Pampelone due to their items quality and outstanding customer service.

I have ordered several items and have never had any issues. Items ship quickly and arrive as described.

Pampelone operates a fraudulent business. I returned clothing. Requested a refund because they sent me items that did not match the description. They gave me a gift card. It doesn't work. I am out of pocket 300+ dollars and have attempted to contact them multiple times and no response. There is no number to call.

Sexy unique dresses, I always get lots of compliments.

Love the unique and beautifully-made clothing. I have 3 of the sleeveless sweaters in different colors!

Just received the Pearle Midi dress and I couldn't be more thrilled! It’s so elegant and the fit is perfect. Definitely a new favorite in my wardrobe!

I used to love this company and thought they had amazing customer service until the last month. A $220 order I placed was returned to them by my post office since I was out of town during delivery and now they will not resend it, credit me back or respond to any of my emails or DMs so I guess that money is just gone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or their sister company, Aura. If you need to return something that doesn't fit, you will only receive a store credit, however, the code for the store credit mysteriously never shows up! Good luck going back and forth by email to resolve the issue. When I finally think I have a store credit code that will work and I finally find something in stock that I like and try to order it, THE CODE DOESN'T WORK! The frustration and time it takes to work through this mess is ridiculous! This company needs shut down. I am ready to sue this company for their poor business practices. Buyer beware.
I, too, believe the positive reviews on this site were written by the company or people they hire to write positive reviews in order to counter act the negative online reviews. Take my word for it, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or AURA!

Shipping was prompt, customer service was terrific. The expression “happy wife, happy life” certainly applies that night……

I love this company! have ordered from this one, and their sister company AURA and never had any issues.
One time i needed a size change, and support was great and sorted for me super fast

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from Pampelone. They do not issue a refund, only store credit and that is if they respond at all to your e mail. I would never buy from this company again. They don’t stand behind their brand. It’s a scam

AS I see I am not the only one with a complaint. I received a nice dress but a little to small for me. I am unable to get in touch with anyone for a return. Incredibly unfortunate. I am fine with store credit but do not want to get ripped off. I apparently have. I will never order from them or Aura the label again. Way to fishy for me. I work to hard for my money to be taken like this. Do not order from them!

9/17/23 - They responded quickly once I posted this. They did not give me a hard time replacing with a size large. I am happy with the dress. Unfortunate I had to post a bad review. Very nice clothes, I am not sure I will buy from them again.

Totally agree with the earlier post that the dates for the positive reviews are so shady given the dates. Take those away and the reviews are all negative. I’m so angry at myself for not checking the reviews and return policy before ordering and based on the reviews they won’t be in business too much longer…..better use my credit soon!

I should’ve read all the reviews before ordering from this company. I would definitely not order from them again!
I received the dress and it was slightly tight so I reached out to see if I could get an exchange for a larger size. They said i could only get store credit if I returned it and they wouldn’t send out the other dress until they received the smaller size back. Whatever that’s fine, I get that but there are many awesome companies that will allow you to exchange sizes no problem. I honestly loved the dress just needed a bigger size. FYI, customer service is awful and it takes them forever to respond. Fast forward a few weeks. They send me an email saying my return has been rejected because it has stains in it! They sent me pictures showing the stains, it’s not even the same dress!!! The color is totally different!! How do I know this ? Well they said I could pay $5 to get the same dress back or they would just toss the dress since they couldn’t sell it. Fast forward another 2 weeks, I just received the dress and there is not a single stain on it!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! So fraudulent! Their clothes look so cute online but I’ll never order from them or their sister store. By the way I never leave terrible reviews but couldn’t let this one go.

The products are good quality but they only do store credit for refunds and only free shipping when it's over $150. Customer service is rude, slow to respond if they respond at all. They never update their stock and stuff is always out of stock, been waiting over six months to try to use this store credit and it's virtually useless. I am very disappointed about my experiences and will not be purchasing again.

If there was a zero option, i would have given them, no star.
I returned a dress which was too small for me, and asked for a larger size. I received a return rejected email without any supporting documents!!
Either this is a scam or very unprofessional company. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Worst customer service. Processing and shipping take forever. When contacting customer service they were very rude, didn’t respond back to emails, or weren’t helpful at all. Products are quality but sizing is always off. Also you can only return for store credit or exchange which isn’t useful at all. I am very disappointed about my experiences and will not be purchasing again.
