I absolutely love this company and their line of clothing! It is beautiful, comfortable, sophisticated yet approachable. I get compliments on EVERYTHING I have from Pampelone. They are my favorite place to shop when I'm looking for something special!

I have ordered a few times from Pampelone and have mostly loved what I received. However in 2022, its unreasonable to not offer returns. I spent $500 looking for clothes for an upcoming vacation and when a few times didn't work, I was stuck with store credit. Your clothes are SEASONAL. You do not have a fall or winter line. So now Im stuck waiting a year before I need summer clothes again to use this credit. Your team should have accommodated a ONE TIME exception and I would have been a happy life long customer. Now, I plan to use my credit and not order from your sites again.

I wore Pampelone to a wedding on October 1,2022. I looked and felt incredible.

The company only offers store credit. NO REFUNDS! NO REFUNDS! NO REFUNDS!

This NO REFUND policy is buried on their site.

They claim it is due to online fraud but that obviously makes no sense when the refund is to the original credit card once they receive the return.

I bought a few pieces from Pampelone, and I love the quality of their pieces and the styles too! Shipping was suuuuper quick! I received mine in like 5 days. I've been enjoying my Pampelone pieces for about a year now and they still look nice - a testament of how great the quality is!

if i can give them less that a stat i will they send a dress completely different from the photo i dint eve try it on because of the color i send it back and they said it couldn’t be return because of discoloration and stain and it smell with perfume and laundry detergent incredible dint even try that dress so they were not going to issue a refound ( atore credit) wanted to charge me again if i wanted to keep the dress they said they dont issue refounds due to fraund well yessss they are the ones still your money

I am amazed by the material of the dresses I ordered. They arrived in great time and were packaged so nicely. I am excited to order new dresses for my upcoming vacation 🤗

I just received my 2 lingerie sets, I couldn’t be thankful enough!! All the details and refinement have been thought. The shape is perfect and the sizing as well. The delivery was on time and packaging really cool! Can’t wait to order more again soon.

I just received my Sienna Dress and it is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful lines, understated flounce and, the best part of all, simple cotton fabric. I simply love it 😍

Couldn’t recommend the Valentina dress enough, fantastic quality and very elegant. Delivery was quick and customer service team were very efficient when I had a query re sizing. Will defiantly use this company again.

They send two dresses that are not only the wrong size but also the wrong color. I try to return them, but they came in 2 separate packages so could only return the first one. Then I had to call and email and beg for another return label, but they told me to print it myself and pay my own shipping costs. After a month I finally got a gift card, but IT DOESN'T WORK.

Really have had a difficult time returning a dress…Website difficult to navigate to start a return!!!!

I wish I had googled reviews before buying from here, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted $126. I bought their dress for a special occasion - a wedding. I was super excited to get it because it looked lovely online and good quality. A friend had bought from them (but it hadn't arrived) so I went ahead without doing my research. BIG REGRETS (btw, she regretted too). The dress was a cheap material, not at all worth $126 and the color was WAY different than the picture - the Kahlia dress. Ok, so I asked for a return - their policy - because of so called scammers and fraudulent activity (I suspect more because of many disappointed shoppers) is only credit refund. ONLY CREDIT. I want nothing from them - because their product sucks. I fought and fought because I am not one to give up, nope - they don't actually care about customer satisfaction and they actually only care about keeping their money. Mind you, I returned the dress within 30 days and they reported getting it - so how is that a scam? Avoid them at all cost, its not worth your time and money and stress, you'll regret it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please question a company that has turned off comments on instagram and doesn't have item reviews on their website. This company does not at all care about its shoppers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAMPELONE CLOTHING. This company does not accept returns, they issue a credit, or you can't return at all. they list NO Customer Service Number on their site, NO Return Mailing Address and they do not return any emails sent to the support@pampelone email. Better off ordering a nice dress from other similar companies like Revolve or Anthropologie where returns and exchanges are customer friendly. This comapny is SHADY!

Scam website!!! Don’t buy from pampelone, 6 weeks past since i put the order in and nothing!!! Lack of communication, i am concerned about getting my money back which was $300.00.

Returns policy only allows exchange or voucher, apparently no refunds.is that even legal? Poor quality garments.
