Beautiful instrument, wonderful resonance, great customer service
My original drum had one tongue which was about a quarter of a tone flat. Customer service was amazing! When I explained what happened, I was sent a new drum and absolutely love it! The resonance and beauty of the instrument really make a difference.

Paid for an expensive one and not good
Paid for an expensive one. Sound is not loud. Not good for groups. A real disappointment and then, right after I bougjt the expensive one it went on sale 1/2 price. It’s not great. I would not recommend.

A quick correction on the price, because it matters: your order was placed at our sale price of $259.95, about half of the $499.95 regular price. The price didn't drop after your purchase, you bought at the lowest price we offer. Current pricing is always visible at pandadrum.com/pages/collection.
On the sound: our drums are personal instruments first, designed for playing close up, for relaxation and focus, and that's how we present them. We don't advertise them as group instruments. They can carry a room with good acoustics, and placement makes a real difference, playing over a hard surface projects much more than playing on your lap. Our larger models are also noticeably louder and fuller.

Pleased with Panda Drum in every aspect
I ordered the mini panda drum directly from the company. I am very pleased with the customer service. I had received an email that my order would be delivered that day and it was not. I emailed the company and received a reply immediately. Advising the email was in error, how to track the package and she would personally follow up. I received my drum in a timely manner. I received an another email wanting to be sure the package it had gotten to me.
I bought the mini drum for my 3 year old non-verbal autistic grandson. He expresses great joy at making “music”. Start to finish this company came though with 5 stars.

I'm sorry the start was bumpy. Our self-service return portal finds your order using the order number or email address from your original purchase, and when they don't match, it can't locate the order, which is what blocked you at first. Our team helped sort it out shortly after, and your feedback is a nudge for us to make that step clearer in the portal itself, so thank you for that.

The best customer service I have ever…
The best customer service I have ever experienced. In fact at one point I thought it too good to be true and my purchase would never materialize. Customer service was always very quick to respond to my concerns. The Drum arrived one day later than expected but frankly it was probably just a postal lag which is pretty common. My daughter in law LOVES the Drum and so do her girls; looks like a couple more drums may be headed their way to complete their drum band…who knows, maybe I’ll join in too 😊 Very impressed with the Customer Service looking out for my concerns; delivery a day late but not a fault of Panda Drum! Incredible customer service should win some type of award! Hope you can tell how happy we all are with Panda Drum and its Representatives.

I can't imagine another musical instrument, that can relax every part of our body and changes our state within seconds. Kudos to you all!
My son and grandson are coming to see me in a few days. My grandson is bringing the Pandra Drum, my son is bringing his drum from home. I accompany them with my Tamborin, which I have been playing for 25 years. Soooo, we are excited to see what we come up with. If we can video, I'll send you the link.

Great Product & Excellent Customer Sevice!
Bought myself a Panda Drum for my birthday and just love it!! I am definitely not a musician by any stretch, but thoroughly enjoy the sound healing aspect. There was a slight problem with the drum upon arrival, but Jessica was absolutely incredible in making sure everything was just right—wonderful customer service, indeed!

I am really enjoying these drums. I’m actually making up my own music instead of using the music book which I will look at also. My grandson has ADHD and I let him use them the other day. He seemed to enjoy them. If he continues to use it, I’m going to give him these drums, and order myself the pro size. These also make great gifts.

Got this for a active 3 1/2yr old ,he loves it. He plays it before or after story time before bed . He loves to hike or play at the park ride bike , scooter and hit the gym in the garage . The drum has become part of his relaxing time ,so glad it makes him happy.
