I was very confused
I was very confused. I received a yearly invoice for your product about 6 months early. It said it had successfully received payment from a card that was previously canceled. Although still confused the rep "straightened me out".

disappointed
i bought the essential version but i am disappointed by 3 facts:
final price was not the one initially stated (16 to 26 euros)
the software installed by default the free version and i struggled to insert the code (messages "need to activate "with redirection to the pay website)
since I am using it (1 week only on macos) 3 occurrences of errors requiring reboot of MAC (which never happened to me in the last 6 months: i never reboot except for OS updates)
Update after contacting support to try fixing the reboot issue: the IT support was very polite, but not competent on MacOS. After giving full access to him (which I didnot like), he ran the full scan (that I did already) . The only explanation was that I must have a pre-existing virus or malware. I refused him to install a thirdparty freeware "to scan deeper my machine" and I made the decision to uninstall Panda: I prefer to lose my subscription instead of having a malware installed by panda so-called experts

Excellent All Round Security For Computers , Mobile Phones etc.
Provides all round security for my devices , blocking all unknown and unwanted intrusions form probable scammers. The product is continually updated by Panda to protect one's information from hackers. Customer service is very responsive and quickly help you with your queries if you have any. I have used Panda for a number of years now and am completely happy . Annual subscriptions costs are very reasonable and the auto renewal , of which they notify you well in advance in case you do not want to renew, is seamless. Therefore, no need to reboot the product .
