I went to the Panda site 3 days before my subscription was to be renewed & cancelled my subscription, but they still renewed it & billed my account. In October 2025 I paid for a year's subscription so it should not have been due until October 2026. So why was it being renewed in June? I do not want Panda anymore!! I should be refunded for my recent payment as well.

Easy to use, works in the background.

I've been a customer of Panda for 20 years and haven't had one issue. Setting up the product and subsequent subscriptions was easy. The interface is easy to understand. One area that could be improved is the notification pop-ups that advise the user that a new file has been detected. Rather than leaving the user to go off and research the file name, a link to a database of known file names and their impact(s) would be really helpful. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this product and recommend it.

Have used Panda for years, was great - very quiet and never had any problems. Just had an enforced reinstall and it was behaving very badly, loads of pop-ups (which were difficult to even close due to the 'x' being miniscule). Have changed provider now. A sad farewell to Panda Dome, thanks for all the years you were great.

I find the product generally good. But I am having problems with PANDA identifying my location in real time. It only identifies where I was in the past.

I feel Panda Dome is ok. I have been using it for several years and it is affordable. But other Panda that are more pricey than Panda Dome, may be even better. Who knows.
But Panda Dome seem to work quite good for me so far.

Panda was not the program I expected it to be. Paid the subscription. Many advertisers pop up while you are reading something. I uninstalled it.

Overall, I have been satisfied with the product for least the last twelve years. What I do find annoying is being offered a renewal at a higher price than that being offered on the pop-ups I get.
This year I emailed Customer Service asking why they were offering me a renewal at a higher price than they were offering to new customers.
Several days later I received a reply that did not address my issue. It did offer the opportunity to reply if my issue was not dealt with. I replied that it had not and repeated my complaint. It has now been 5 days and no reply. So Panda Customer Service has been a disappointment.
I don't expect this review to show up anywhere on your website. I took the time to write it for your information how to express my disappointment with your service.

I was unable to load it on my IPad, I contacted support and after a considerable time he could not remotly help me. I was asked if I had a laptop, I said yes but it was no longer used and I would have to charge. He. Said he would phone me back in an hour, this, never happened.

I therefore cancelled my subscription and expected to get a refund as could not use the product as required.

I had some kind of advertising bug, ads kept on popping up so much that they interfered with the use of my mobile. I kept being interupted, making calls, texting, playing games. It was frightening because it felt like I was losing control of my mobile and for me it's my diary, my contacts list - everything! Up till then I had used free anti-virus apps but at that time I didn't have any protection because the free ones use adds, and get in ones way; they are almost as bad as the bugs they protect you from sometimes. In any case, I thought, I do not use unsafe websites or unprotected WiFi...except when I think I know they are safe - like public transport WiFi...I have never had any trouble, except suddenly I had!
Fortunately my PC was not infected, so I looked for a good paid anti virus and decided Panda Dome looked like the best deal. A moment of panic when it had performed a scan and said that all was okay when the ads were still popping up all the time, then I phoned the help desk and realised that I hadn't activated my paid subscription! I put in my code and order was suddenly restored....! That was so wonderful.
I think that for those who do not have a thorough grounding in IT and AI, paying for an anti-virus is probably a good thing. But always make sure you have some kind of anti-virus, because these hackers, scammers, etc are so sophisticated!Bear with the extra slowness and ads of the free ones, or pay-up!
I have helped lots of friends with basic knowledge but that knowledge couldn't help me get rid of those horrible pop-ups! Use an anti-virus while you still can and pay for it if you have little knowledge.

Cost was competitive, and offers excellent value. Installation was simple, comprehensive, and effective.

I had been using another antivirus before I switched. Panda worked just as well, had a much lower impact on resources and was very good value.

The final activation of the software failed. After several hours of remote controlled fault analysis Panda solved the problem.
At the end I had some questions but your customer support told me he did not have time to help me anymore.

I could follow your technitians efforts to solv the problem through my screen.
During the problem solving my computer had to be restarted several times. I did it every time, but after a while he, the technitian, added an account, Test administrator, to be able to restart without my help. He also introduced a Panda account for my daughter Caroline (her email address) as she owns the computer.
I have the 5 licens/3 years subscription connected to my Panda account so I did not understand why my daughter needed an account. The account connected to the Panda installation in her computer is her account, not my.
Can it be changed to my account intead?
The only products that was available in her account was some Panda freeware. Not my Panda Dome Essential. After a while I looked in My Panda account and found that her computer was correctly registrated there. Perfect.
Why did'nt the activation managed to do that in the first place? I did it for my other daughter just before without any problem.
Everytime Caroline log in to her computer she can see the microsoft Test administator account alongside her own log in name. We would prefere to have the Tester terminated but dont know how to do it. This was some items I wanted to discuss but your customer support wanted to terminate.

Went on my Panda account today to check if my level of cover was operating correctly
Spoke via Chat initially who eventually stated someone would call. Then received a call from Tony at Anytech365 who apparently handle Panda technical issues. He with my permission took over my home computer and ran a check but stated he had found evidence of ransom ware which I had never experienced. He then tried to sell me their services which cost hundreds of pounds per year. I declined and he stated he would remove any of their software. However since then my computer has slowed down to snail pace and won't connect to the Internet. It seems now I am having to visit a computer technician.
I feel duped in that I was offered a further expensive product I should not need and should not have let AnyTech365 near my computer. It was working perfectly before. Disappointing from Panda as I have used their products for a number if years. Beware of their Technical Support
I am not suggesting wrong doing from Panda but the extreme slowness on starting my computer is a concern. Its odd that on buying a three year Premium cover that I would have to consider paying alot of money for further protection on top.

Seamless ease of services. First time I’ve ever felt truly secure using my computers and not be concerned about being an easy target. I’m now worry-free and will be a lifelong user!

I did have some problems when I first became a customer and I eventually got their attention. It seems they listened and it has since become easier to use and install on a second pc.

Having an email facility is so important to communicate. Smart phones are quite useless and I would add 'WhatsApp' information often not received. I do not use a Smart phone for many reasons.
