My complaint is the customer service. Evidently this is outsourced to a third party called any-tech-365. I found them to be very high pressure sales oriented and did not focus on my basic question and provide a direct solution. Totally disappointed about this because 3-4 years ago this was not the case.

I need your help!

I purchased Panda Antivirus Essential to install on a Windows XP computer.

Since Panda Antivirus requires a pre-installation of Microsoft *.NET Framework,

I initially installed Version 4.0.

Then I ran the Panda Antivirus installation .exe file (PANDADE.exe).

And I entered the activation code that was provided to me.

The installation progresses and at a certain point the error message appears:
"An error occurred during the process and the task could not be completed successfully. Obtain the product by clicking the following button and restart the installation process."

So, I click the "Download" button and the system downloads a file called: PDE.EXE.

It starts an installation process displaying progress.

But in the end, Panda Antivirus is never installed.

Do you know how to solve this?

Fast and easy process, plenty of choice helps you to decide which product is the one for you.

Be wary of Panda Security. They outsource their billing (through Cleverbridge) and my experience has been that it is extremely difficult to get help with billing errors, and also to stop getting charged automatic renewals if you decide to discontinue their service.

i buy panda dome for three devise for one
year to try it but only 1 is working i try asking panda and was fobed off to the laptop i am very disable person so i an now thinking of changeing to another service

every time i renew panda it takes many phone calls to make it work this time it first e-mail said i requested a refund which i did not do. second e-mail said they took out my money from bank and they gave me a code to put in but it would not work so iguess i have a few phone calls to make so i can get it going again what a pain in the a--- every time i renew

I have been using your antivirus and other security applications Panda Dome for many years, as they provide me with adequate antivirus protection and regular maintenance of my PC. The program is easy to use and affordable. I recommend it to users.

Before a few days i run the new update for panda dome premium.when i restart my pc all the options for panda vpn wich included in premium version
has gone,even the opions in menu.(the vpn in my android works normal with the same panda account )I have already reinstal the panda dome premium but
nothing changed .Now there is no any opion for vpn in my pc. My sysytem is windows 8.1 64 bit. when i phoned to pandas partner in my country,
they told me that they have no access in premium accounts .They said that i bought it in web in an other country shop and they have not the responsibility
for my problem.But they gave me an email to communicate only in english language.So i sent there my problem.I also fill a form with the problem(3 times untill today)after i conect in web to my panda account.No response.
There is no way to phone in an other country phone service because my pc have not phone apps and english is not my mother language.
So i used panda products more than 6 years.
I overlooked the vpn problems(disconnection,blocking from some pages,fake countries connection)until today .I paid for vpn and premium services and i didnt get them.
So I leave this companie product with bitter taste and move on with another more trustfull companie.Bye panda.
(last try .I tried to install the pandas free vpn separately, but before it activates, it is associated with my panda dome premium with no vpn account.So no solution the same results)

In 27 th of April panda support sent me an other version (it look like the older version with some features missing) to install that seems working ,but they say that -The latest version of Panda Dome cannot run on older Microsoft systems such as Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8.1.-.
So if you have older windows version avoid panda.

Although the program is good, for the older person a lot of the time you speak a different language, who knows you may get a lot more customers if you did this. We older people flit around until we find something we understand. I still have not got my phone onboard.

Been with Panda only for 12 months. Have no complaints.

The product is OK. But the support, when someting troubles, is not that good.

Panda is a great antivirus, and the ease of payment without the requirement to authorize automatic renewal were the reasons that motivated me to switch providers.
