Exceptional PC Security for a Reasonable Price

The main thing about my experience with Panda is the ease of which I was able to download the software. There were no error messages and no lagging in the download; it was smooth as silk. Immediately after the download was complete I put the software through the passes and it performed beautifully in checking to see if my system was safe and free of viruses and other malware. I am now confident that your software will continue to keep my system free from malware. That is why I would like to praise you for providing an excellent product for a very reasonable price. You have proven that you don't have to pay out a ridiculous amount of money to get high quality protection for your valuable PC(s) or desktops.

Panda auto renew

Like Panda, but a little snafu with renewal. I purchased 1 month ahead of time a 3 yr. panda dome advanced and downloaded etc. no problem. I thought when my old subscription was done this new one would automatically default. Wrong, my 1 year subscription renewed and I had to call to fix which it did promptly. I was refunded no problem. I believe there is no way to turn off auto renew except to call them.

I purchased a brand new computer and…

I purchased a brand new computer and installed a Panda Premium product. And I needed drivers for my printer and the website for (Brother was fraudulent) and it wouldn't install the drivers but there is a customer assisitant available so I clicked it and to make it short that agent installed software that allowed them access to my computer. Panda did not catch that activity. And my files were accessed, The agent of support at fake (Anydesk) used specific lines. There they attempted to sell me these very expensive programs. I had to reformate my new computer as the machine was acting extremely strange. I had to cancel all credit cards, change all passwords and cancel various subscriptions. So I contacted Panda customer support and the agent used nearly the same lines as the other service which is high pressure sales techniques. And he took control of my computer and gave the identicle BS lines. And he attempted to sell me other software products again using the same high pressure selling tactics, both agents said they only had so much time because their shift was ending shortly or they will miss their transportation. So I unistalled Panda software and Anyscam. I had microsoft run their free package and they indeed found files. So I installed a competitors product and it cleaned my computer. Your agent or their agent is supposed to contact me in a few days. They will attempt to sell me extemely expensive unneeded software. I do not have Panda on any other devices now. This cost me a subscription and two solid days of my time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've been using Panda for many years. I have a license. I had to replace the motherboard in my laptop, which required reinstalling and activating the software. I installed and activated all the software (several programs required contacting technical support - which worked immediately). HOWEVER, A PROBLEM AROSE WITH PANDA DOME ESSENTIAL. Despite having the code, THE PROGRAM CANNOT BE ACTIVATED. I reported this to support (Panda Security Case ID: 05437771). For over two weeks, no one has contacted me AND THE PROGRAM IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED. If this is how a long-time customer is treated - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ITS SOFTWARE, BECAUSE IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS (DESPITE THE PAID LICENSE) YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ANSWER. NOT TO MENTION HELP. THAT IS WHY I AM RESIGNING FOR PANDA DOME AND BUYING SOMETHING ELSE WHICH TREAT THE CUSTOMER. SERIOUSLY AND WITH RESPECT.

Great Features & Performance

The advanced product is all inclusive and protects my computers, smartphone (up to 3 devices, and network. It has many useful features, such as, App lock and VPN. It is very affordable for the features included with the product. I'm very happy with the performance and I highly recommend PandaDome.

I USE PANDA PRODUCTS SINCE THE eighties…

I USE PANDA PRODUCTS SINCE THE EIGHTY''s. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY INCIDENT IN MY NETWORK SINCE THEN. I DO SUPPORT SECURITY POLICIES AND I AM INSTALLING DOME PREMIUN IN MOST OF MY PC's.
I recognize some operations made by the software into an equipment is not showing internal problems found and, sometimes, the virus revision stops at 67% and stay in that figure through one day or more, with a manual action to stop the revision without certain information of what's going on. Some operations -in my modest opinion- would require more information -if wished by the specialized user- to be more calmly. What's not agreeable is the insistence to send continuously messages of anticipated renovation of commercial products. That's not correct when you're working and need your screens clean. I think to send a mail would be enough. I understand not all the information could be desirable or useful for most client's needs, but for me, I do need more detailed information because I support Panda's policies, but I need to protect my work more carefully, to don't have my screens compromised by a lot of windows with commercial offerings in all my devices in the intranet. Additionally, sometimes it's necessary to uninstall the old product with proprietary uninstalling product after being obtained through the technical support -requiring it-. In my logic, if you install a new product different, such as Dome Premium instead of the old Dome, the requirement to use the mentioned tool provided by Panda's technical service, is not an easy way to be used by most users.
The VPN information is too limited -at least for me- When a accept to use a VPN automatically or manually, I'd prefer to know not only the country where it is, some data related to IPs if possible.

My go to guys when I have computer issues recommended Panda, they use it themselves. I had Norton for many years but it was difficult to have a good overview of because there were so many separate components all billed separately amounting to quite a significant sum. Only when I was leaving did prices start to come down. Too late!

Panda is ripping off longstanding, reputable clients, by stealing money from their accounts -without authorization or a contract - for a unwanted contract renaval.
And from this Moment on Panda refuses any communication.

be careful with renew your product

at 12-06-26 I must renew my panda , I buy from internet the new one and I activated at 12-06-26 .
at 13-06-26 at 01:00 aclock I saw in my credit card charge for other one "COMPLETE"
I alredy had PREMIUM for the same PC.
I make my complane on Monday 15/06/26 .
And today I open my I saw the put in my panda activation on Complete .
I never put this code in my PC
I already have Premium activation
So please panda explane to me why this happend
and why after one week the person I contact today 20/06/26 cant see my complane from 15/06/26.
I was happy with Panda but this .its not cool
