Great Service with Amazing Customer Service!
This company was recommended to us for acoustic wall panels. I also saw them advertising on Facebook, ordering from them was really easy. We had acknowledgment straight away via email and also received a courtesy call to state they had received an order and they informed me of my delivery date which was also followed by a text. Panels were well packaged. I would highly recommend as a company.

Poor service
I purchased a few products from this company. They arrived damaged. I flagged this up straight away and then followed up with pictures. They initially said they would refund/replace, but kept on making excuses. Very poor customer service

I can see from your order history that this relates to a purchase made around 5 months ago, and you reported that several panels were damaged after delivery. When this was first raised, we asked you multiple times to provide clear pictures showing the actual damage to the panels so we could properly assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
However, the images provided showed the panels still inside the packaging, and we were unable to identify any visible damage from those photos. We explained at the time that we need to see the actual damage in order to process any claim. We also advised that without clear evidence of the fault, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
As per our website policy, any issues must be supported with a few clear photos of the damaged goods so we can investigate and resolve them fairly. We shared this with you during our communication as well. Unfortunately, despite requesting this several times, we didn’t receive images that clearly showed the reported damage.
You also mentioned that the panels had already been fitted to the wall, which meant you no longer had access to the damaged items for inspection or photography. Without being able to verify the issue, we’re not able to process claims based on packaging alone. This process is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
We’re always happy to help resolve genuine issues, but we do need cooperation from both sides so we can properly assess what has happened. If you are still able to provide clear images of the damage, we would of course be happy to review the case again.

Stunning quality panels at amazing price
Ordered these lovely panels after seeing online, been after wall panels for so long & I was so pleased when they arrived as the quality is outstanding. I even got a lovely courtesy call from their staff after placing my order to assure me the order had been acknowledged & the process following this including receiving a call on the day of delivery. I wasn’t home on the day however the drives kindly waited until I got there which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommended as they’ve got a massive range of colours too.

Just to clarify, our panels are both stapled and glued, which helps keep the structure secure and stable. When cutting, the result can depend on where the panel is cut and what support is provided to the back during installation. For best results, we always recommend using a fine-tooth saw and ensuring the panel is properly supported while cutting and fitting.
If the panel isn’t supported during cutting, or if it’s cut through certain sections, it can affect how the backing holds together—this isn’t a fault in the product, but part of how these panels need to be handled during installation.
We do always aim to provide good guidance, and we’re happy to help customers before or during fitting to avoid issues like this.
