I spent $476 on king size linen bedding and it all fell apart within two years. The bottom sheet has several holes. The flat sheet has holes and two of the four pillow cases are coming apart at the se... See more

This is the absolute worst customer…
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot get any updates on my open order. I don’t believe there is a staff because the responses always seem to be generic and robotic. This company is not a complete fraud because I did receive one portion of my order, however the lack of useful communications from their so-called help line is frustrating and the likelihood that my order will be paid for without fulfillment is infuriating. I will never order from this place again.
HORRIBLE Customer Service and Miscommunication
I placed and order for a linen fitted sheet; linen duvet cover; linen pillow case set and linen sham set on SEPTEMBER 8th (11 days ago), and guess what? Have not received anything.
I set an email on September 13, and received a response 2 days later from a customer service rep who apologized for the delay informing me he would "personally take care of this" for me. He goes on to write in the email the following: "As I was reviewing your order with our warehouse and checking thoroughly our inventory to pack and ship your order accordingly, I noticed that we are currently running low in stock for the Linen Duvet Cover in Dusk and the Linen Pillowcase set in Dusk."
He then goes on to offer me refund and suggests I buy those items in another color...
My initial response was, why are you offering me a refund if you have the items I want? He didn't write they were OUT OF STOCK, he wrote the items I wanted were "LOW IN STOCK", which means there are still items available for my order to be processed.
I replied to the email and wrote since the items are low in stock, my order should be processed.
I received a response THREE DAYS later, yesterday, Saturday, September 13. He wrote: "as I was reviewing our inventory for the items you specific, I was able to confirm that we DO HAVE ENOUGH of them AVAILABLE."
I responded please send me my original order. I assume, I'll get a another response in 3 days. I want my items shipped.
The bedding is more than $500, you would expect superior customer service and PROMPT shipping and communication.
I am not amused
Very disappointed they have…
Very disappointed they have discontinued shipping to military APO addresses. So many companies support military families stationed overseas and this company has elected to discontinue shipping. I recommend both Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware which both ship to APO addresses.
I don’t understand any of these…
I don’t understand any of these reviews. Been to their store and it was a great experience. Ordered online many times with zero problems everything great quality. Even ordered something I ended up not needing AND it got lost even though said it was delivered and I could never find it and they quickly issued a refund anyway.
Scratchy
I bought the percale. Too scratchy and weighty. Very surprised bc the reviews were good. Returned them.
Baggy, scratchy sheets and poor service
I ordered a fitted linen sheet in June to replace my worn-out West Elm one. The new sheet was very scratchy, but even worse, it ballooned out on the sides and end. It would not stay tucked, so the fabric bunched up creating a lumpy wad of fabric that was impossible to sleep on. I left a review describing this experience, and later received an email asking me to contact the help desk. I did so, and it was a frustrating experience. They seemed to be leading me on with silly questions and condescending answers, such as "tuck in the sheet". My complaint that the fabric was very scratchy was answered with "our sheets are very soft". Insulting and unhelpful. When I finally demanded to return the sheet I found that they had successfully drawn the conversation out to exceed the return window. Bottom line: lousy product, lousy service. Never again.

Wool Dryer balls did nothing, no response from co.
I bought the wool dryer balls to replace my old ones and the static didn't stop. So I emailed the company to see if I was doing something wrong. Crickets. No response. So I won't shop there again.
You either stand by your product or you don't.

Poor quality - NOT DURABLE
I bought a set of king sheets, pillow cases, and duvet cover in 2016. By 2018 with off-and-on/gentle use (these weren’t my every day set), everything was looking a bit worn and the pillow toppers were fraying. The duvet cover was thin and developed holes. I threw away the hole-y pillow cases in 2019 because they were absolutely destroyed. It’s 2021 and the sheets have multiple large holes. I should have done my research but I guess I was caught up by the marketing. My biggest purchase regret yet.

I'll spare you the repeated details…
I'll spare you the repeated details that are stated in EVERY review.....Horrible customer service! This company needs to be brought down. Anyone with me on taking a trip to their CA location to speak with someone directly? Their front door may be more effective than the email they don't answer. A face-to-face confrontation could make all the difference to everyone. I'm even down for staging a boycott in front of the business?

Would give them less than a one
Would give them less than a one. Horrible in store experience . Unfortunately, everything got worse when I spoke to Nicole, director for retail operations. When I told her I was going to contact head of parachute she said and I quote, “go for it”. I was stunned. I felt like she was speaking to me as if she were a cheer captain for the local cheerleading squad. I was more infuriated after speaking with her. From what I can read, I’m not the only dissatisfied person. They should really take note, but doubtful that they care enough to apologize for really poor customer service. Very disappointing.
Thin and cheap quality
I purchased the basic percale sheets in cream for my guest bedroom king size bed. They are SO thin. Unbelievable these cost what they do. I’ve had nicer king sheet sets for $70 from Target. You can see the decorative design that is embroidered on the mattress through the fitted sheet. You can read the tags on the pillows through the pillowcases! Don’t buy the hype.

Appalling Customer Service. Zero Response. Business Closed.
Appalling Customer Service. Zero Updates. Zero Response. Business Always Closed.
I am writing this review real-time. I have MAJOR concerns about the company and their Customer Service is appalling.
I have a pending order with Parachute Home placed weeks ago. Aside from a confirmation receipt and a charge to my CC for the full amount, I have received zero updates and the order is still "Pending" (despite their assurance on the website that their extended COVID expectation is 3-5 business days, and 14 days for shipping). I am well past that timeframe.
I have tried email help@parachutehome on four separate occasions. The first three generated an auto reply of "We promise we aren't snoozing on the job!" with zero info about my order. Today, my latest email bounced back a note saying their help mailbox is full!:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Parachute (help@parachutehome). The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
I have tried calling the 1-888 number listed on the website. For the past two days I get a message that instructs me to "please call us back during office hours" -- I am calling during office hours! They are never open.
The voice message also instructs one to connect via Live Chat. I have tried connecting to live chat during office hours, and they have not been live in over a week. I have thus 'Left a Message' through the online chat on three occasions. Again, no response.
Today I tried press@parachutehome, trade@parachutehome, blog@parachhutehome, and hospitality@parachutehome. All emails listed on their website. The blog address bounced back - email does not exist. No response yet from the other addresses.
My order is weeks past their extended time for processing and shipping. It is still "pending" when I try to track it. I have received zero updates and the business is not responding.
I hope I can update this review with good news. Syat tuned!

Take the poor reviews with a huge grain of salt
Take the poor reviews with a huge grain of salt.
I never write reviews, but had to because all I saw was negative.
Quality: I purchased the linen sheets, quilt, and pillow covers 6 months ago. These are the best, most comfy sheets ever. They are thin, but that's what linen is? It's extremely breathable and I feel very cozy crawling into bed. Quilt - best ever, that's my favorite product.
Customer service: on my initial shipping it didn't have my pillow cases I ordered, so I used the chat the same day. The agent was very nice and expediated the shipping out to me and I think I got them in only a couple days.

Poor customer service
I received a broken item and submitted multiple messages and emails over a couple of weeks before finally getting something other than an automated response. The company provides no way to contact a person. Would not buy from them again. Not worth the frustration if there's a problem.

I spend $600 on bedding from Parachute…
I spend $600 on bedding from Parachute only to have FEDEX say they can't find it. FEDEX wanted me to contact Parachute to initiate a lost claim. Ok, fine no big deal. Except Parachute's customer service is non existent. I tried the chat feature (their number directs you to try this option as the "best" way to contact someone. They went offline. I tried calling. The recording just hangs up and doesn't let you choose any options to speak to anyone. I tried sending a message. CS sends an automated response saying they will respond during business hours. IT IS BUSINESS HOURS. I am calling on a weekday within PST working hours. Beyond annoyed that I should have received my purchase days ago based on their delivery calculations. Problems come up. I understand that. But what I can't get behind is having no way to contact the company to right this wrong or get a refund. At this point, I wish I never ordered from Parachute Home.

Just don't do it
Just don't do it. Horrible horrible quality! Bought sheets and duvet cover. The fitted sheet stretches beyond belief! After about 8 careful proper washes, the fitted sheet got so thin, and I woke up to a football sized tear/hole! Way too much money spent for this cheap bedding. Wrote a review on their website and lo and behold, it never showed up on their reviews. Explains why they have so many good ones when they don't post bad ones. I bet they have a full time employee whose job is to write glorious reviews.

I paid over $250 for a set of King…
I paid over $250 for a set of King Parachute sheets. I have not been able to use them very much due to Covid and they are in a home where they infrequently used. I noticed a frayed hole in the pillowcase after a less than seven washings. I wrote to Parachute and explained the situation regarding Covid and being unable to use the sheets. I asked for one replacement pillow case. They refused stating because of “normal wear and tear” they could not replace the pillowcase. I wrote back and explained again that due to Covid there was no “normal” use. There has been no response.
A company that asks for an above normal amount for their poor quality sheets should offer some kind of guarantee. Their impersonal return email and the lack of concern regarding this situation is a reflection of their poorly made product.

WORST LINEN EVER.
OMG! These sheets are a complete scam!!! Holy #$%^. $300, supposed to be 'the best linen'. YEAH RIGHT!!! We've had them for about six months, and the pillows are already so thin I CAN SEE MY HAND THORUGH THE FABRIC. I cannot believe what ridiculously over-hyped joke Parachute is. I am SO disappointed. Worst money I ever spent.

SO disappointed
Beyond disappointed. Unfortunately I did not read these reviews and instead followed some, most likely paid ones.
These sheets are truly terrible for the price. I can’t believe I bought them!
They are Target quality and should have been priced as such $99 not over$400!
When I took them out of package it was difficult to tell and of course, the packaging was impeccable.
Once I washed them I was like omg you’ve got to be kidding. Linen is so thin, they will probably last just a year, ugly white plastic buttons on duvet, and much more pink than the photos on site picture, they look so beyond cheap. Truly so sub-par I barely want to use them!!
How could you sell such awful products for so much $!!-?
Anyone looking for fantastic linen sheets buy Linoto. Same pricing and amazing quality for basically the same price! I have 2 sets and they will last for years. I love them so much I bought their bath sheets and they are so absorbent, I love them!
I wish I could return my parachute sheets.
So unhappy,
Oona

I wish I had read these reviews first
I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a duvet cover. It is thin, and my cat has put runs in it just by walking on it! I never have had that experience with any other bedding product from other companies. I try to get in touch to return and the "live chat" is always off-line (they should call it dead chat) you call the 888 number and it hangs up saying they have high volume calls. send emails but don't get back to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible, overpriced low quality products and customer service that doesn't provide service or care at all about the customer! Save your money!
