If you're lucky to get a good forwarder, you'll probably have a good experience with Parcl. If you don't, don't expect Parcl support to be much help. After several support threads and way too much effort, they proved to be completely unhelpful.
EDIT: I'm not interested in using your platform until Parcl makes an effort to moderate the quality of their forwarders. The support threads I've had made it clear that the forwarder was lying about the package status and that Parcl support made no efforts to remediate.

No help when things go bad
It took nearly two months for my forwarder to tell me that they couldn't buy the product I wanted. I asked for a refund.
More than 3 months on, I still haven't received it and asking for help from Parcl has been ignored. I'm out of pocket nearly $300 Australian dollars.
My first experience and certainly my last. I would recommend anyone considering this service to look elsewhere in case things don't work out.

I used the service of this web to ship my jacket from UK to USA. A forwarder named Luqman with excellent review took my order and messages me many times promptly answering my queries. Jacket delivered to his address and he disappeared.
I contacted Parcl customer service and complain numerous times but no reply nor action from them.
I simply did not hear from anyone once the jacket was sent to the forwarder address.
Save your time & money!

Zero help when needed most; does not stand by their supposed policies
First of all, be careful which forwarder you select to work with-- Ratings mean nothing on this site.... My first experience, I went with a "forwarding tycoon", and I couldn't be more disappointed. I ordered a simple forwarding service from RS logitech on 11/29/19; no adds on services such as consolidation or purchase assistant. Just sending. So after about two weeks of my item being in transit, the forwarder tells me that the weight is more than what was recorded (I used Parcl's very own weight calculator chart), and requested me to pay an extra approx. $10 fee lest he not ship my item to me- Bear in mind I already paid $30+ dollars at this point.
So it's another two weeks approx. and the item (finally) arrives in a smashed amazon shipping box... Contents inside were smashed and torn. I inquired about this in a calm, civil manner, addressed the issues and was then told to send photos. I did send photos; to RS Logitech and Parcl alike. Subsequently I was told that they would send a request to their supposed courier and they also boasted that the thing I was sent was "intact". With that, they quit responding to any/all of my messages, and acted as though there was nothing which I could do to be reimbursed for their retched service.
Parcl, meanwhile, washed their hands of the deed and left me to hash things out with the above forwarder. They couldn't even give me peace of mind! They just said talk to the forwarder, and proceeded to ignore a slew of further inquires and pleads.
*Parcl states, repeatedly, that a buyer may have his purchases protected through PayPal. I opened a claim via PayPal, submitted many evidences regarding RS Logitech and Parcl's failures, and by some illogical reasoning, did not win in paypal's eyes... So here I am, on trustpilot, desperate for help (Did I mentioned that Parcl id currently not allowing me to review the forwarder I have worked with?) and hoping that I may help other Parcl shoppers avoid my thus grim fate. If you community folks out there have any tips, please get in contact with me asap.

The service is great and the forwarder…
The service is great and the forwarder I worked with "VirtualSurvivor", was really top notch.
I'm leaving 4 star instead of 5 because the interface is a nightmare.
Many simple things like editing an order or marking it as complete are hard to find, not because they are buried somewhere but they are placed in a way that's really easy to miss.
For example the edit/delete button are on the right in a small font that seem just a label, while I'm looking for a button.
There is also a bug where the source country often gets overridden with the destination country when you select the latter, quite a strange bug to pass unnoticed since it's the first thing you do when placing each order.
Please fix these simple things and you have a perfect service.

Buyers do not seem to be protected
Since I paid, one month ago, I've had no more answers from the forwarder, I submitted claim to the Parcl support, and they only asked the forwarder to get back to the order, but already another week has passed with no news.

So, my first experience with Parcl was and still is pretty frustrating..... the waiting saga goes on - long story short: everything was going well till the actual shipping took place: then my package got lost, right in the start, and now - a few weeks later- there is nothing I can do about it.... I can't get my refund untill the depot search is conducted and finished, (which will take one more week from there) and by that time it's going to be a month since I first made an order.... only then I will know what can be done... till then- some more waiting.... I know this wasn't my forwarder's fault (SimpleParcel) and I was aware of the risk, even though I paid for forwarding service and insurance almost as much as I paid for the item, but still, I don't feel like I'm going to use Parcl any time soon... This is one of those things that could happen to anyone - but it happened to me :)

Definitely a good service. Would use again if I need anything sent from the US again. Best service for best buy since they don't like sending to known parcel forwarders, but this is basically individuals on a platform so risk there is minimal

Parcl doesn't care about scamming.
Parcl do absolutely nothing to protect you against scamming forwarders. My first attempt at using Parcl has led me to deal with a forwarder giving me 3 fake tracking numbers and a PayPal dispute that's taking well over a month to get my money back. I've braught the forwarder to the attention of the Parcl moderators (showing proof) but they have continued to allow this forwarder to take orders and basically told me they were going to do nothing about it.

Was a little nervous at first, but am now very confident in purchasing through Parcl. I stumbled across Parcl when I was searching for a shipper/company that i could trust to purchase and send me a Carhartt wip jacket that was only available in South Korea. Ended up using them and was confident in not being scammed because their paying system is setup through PayPal and they try to verify all of their shippers. If for what ever reason something does flag with a shipper they remove them from service immediately until things are straightened out. I am so happy with Parcl that I've already used them again for another purchase and plan to do so again for my next foreign purchases!

Seller no replying
I place my order with a seller who does not communicate very well after I have paid, takes forever to reply sometimes he doesn’t.
He told me that he didn’t have the money in his bank when I made order and told me he could not place order until this. He then told me he purchased the item but he never provided me receipt and I checked on the website of the item and the product is still their so it’s not bought.
I have been trying to contact Parcl through all this on their website but received 0 replies. Really poor website layout and support. Should have a live chat or something that is useful, they haven’t used their Instagram since 9 November 2017!
