Used them on new domain parcel-collect.com, everything fine, but shipping price were little bit higher than in shipping calculator.

The website suddenly shutdown and I was scammed by a user named Cataleye from Russia. They have ignored me for over 4 months now.

Sad to see Parcl stop services alternative forwarder I have found is exclusiveukshopper

Parcl was a great community. As a forwarder "Hello World" I have been worked with them for almost 6 years. It's sad there is no such community anymore. After they closed I have built my own forwarding service shipole.com. Welcome all customers.

This is one of the best websites I have ever worked on. But it's sad to know that it's been shut down permanently. I still do not know the reason for the closure. Are there any other websites like Parcl where both shoppers and forwarders have a chance? Could you please tell me if there are such sites and how they work? I would be happy to know.

RS logitech- Riccardo is the reason why I am currently filing a PayPal transaction dispute. I was scammed over $3000 AU just before the Parcl platform closed its site and social media accounts without any warning. I have given it one star because zero stars is not an option.

I raised an order through Parcl two years ago (Sep 2019) for items primarily sourced from Italy. Because of COVID and the very bad situation in Italy I took a light touch in pursuing my order. I have been following up from time to time with the forwarder and Parcl themselves. In early August 2021, my order was cancelled by Parcl without warning. Neither Parcl or the forwarder are replying to emails currently. The meeting place model offered by Parcl is supposed to operate on trust. There in no facility to review the forwarder on Parcl since the cancellation. There is no incentive for forwarders to improve their service in this situation. My loss is around $1300 USD.

In response to Parcl.com, the review here is about Parcl.com and the inability to review the Fowarder. This leaves other users exposed to the poor service for this Fowarder. Parcl is responsible for their review processes and the trustworthiness of the site reviews.

Received my package from Italy to Brazil perfectly.

I wanted to order something from Brazil unfortunately they do not ship to the USA. I found Parcl and have received everything I wanted from the site. I definitely recommend.

Been trying to use this service to order something for over a week now....And keep getting the message "Not Accepting New Orders".

How much longer??

Received several offers from shippers who could forward my package. Accepted the one I liked most and they took care of everything. Purchased the items from the sellers website, took a photo before forwarding the package, and answered my questions in a timely manner. Shipping was quick and I got my items in good condition. Would recommend this site.

Worked as advertised, I found an excellent forwarder and managed to acquire an item that would have been impossible to obtain otherwise!

First time using this service. The service I dealt with in Australia, CE COURIER SERVICES Worldwide communicated with me through the entire process as the package made its way to me. My product arrived in perfect condition. I was very happy with the experience and would/ will use parcl and this courier service again!

I did receive my package, however my forwarder only put half effort into packing it and ordering all of my items. They withheld information whenever I asked about the listing of an item, and when I asked for photos of the items, I would only receive a picture of a few of the items instead of all of them. The package itself was not packed very well, and ripped open during transport.

A little more expensive than other shipping/ forwarding options but the only option for certain items, can truly get “anything to anywhere”.

great prices and helpful customer service but the problem was between payment and shipment where more than 50 days passed, but overall good and the final shipment to me was very fast

Great service with multiple carriers and very open process. Got macbook delivered to me through one of the carriers. They were always available and gave their help.
