After 15 days and after my call about the order they give me answer that the goods are lost(I m sure they didn t not deliver at all after a call to delivery company)and delay seven days to return the money

i purchased a perfume Burberry Brit, I have another bottle at home bought from a well known chain of cosmetic stores which I bought physically at the store not online. the one i received from Parfimo had a leakage inside the packing, the tube which is used to draw the liquid from the bottle was only 3 cm in the bottle which means that when the perfume is used past this point it will not be able to draw the liquid and the smell is nothing like the original perfume i have at home!

I have a passion for perfumes and Ι buy often. Usually, for my purchases I use parfimo. In general, I am very satisfied with the prices and I have never had a problem with the delivery.

I've never had any issue and I have bought over 30 frags from them.
The only downfall is that they stop selling testers.

The product is fake! I own 5 Montale fragrances purchased directly from the Montale boutique so I am well aware what a genuine Montale product looks like. I ordered Mukhallat from parfimo and while the company has gone a long way to imitate the genuine product there are very obvious signs and I have multiple pictures to prove it. The outer packaging seems ok until you realise that the fragrance name is simply printed on a sticker that is stuck on the box. On the base a are two paper stickers with a barcode. On the perfume itself the bake is again simply a sticker! And on the back of the perfume is another paper sticker with a QR code that isn’t even valid. I can assure that NONE of my 5 other Montale perfumes are covered in cheap-looking paper stickers. It makes me very angry to see how far this company has gone to con people into believing these products are real.

I ordered twice and everything was fine.

The only thing the company should improve is the package tracking. Due to multiple handlers, the package could not be traced in the first days. However, the customer service is more than helpful and in the end everything went fine twice.
