Always happy with ordering from…
Always happy with ordering from Parfumdreams. There's a lot of choice and good pricing on their website. Postal packaging is way too big for small items, though. Things like brow pens come in a box big enough for a small pair of slippers. Bit of a waste, tbh.

Prompt, great value and stellar service
I've been buying from PD for years. Last year I had an issue where I had to return a scent because it was the éclat version of the scent and PD couldn't have been more efficient. I received my full refund as promised. I've just purchased a 100ml bottle, it arrived so quickly and is exactly what I wanted. I saved €40 on the Duty Free price too.
Love Parfum Dreams, would highly recommend.

Its a steal
At fist i thought it would be some fake website selling stuff at a lesser price than Duty free, went on and did some research and read reviews and ordered the perfume (YSL Y EDP), it costed me 20-30 Euro less than the selling price at Duty free. They delivered the product within 5 days.

I have a good experience as a customer. The selection of products is good, prices not too bad. I wished though that more brands were available, i.e. those that used to be in their offer and now aren’t. But overall, i’m happy using the service and i keep coming back to the website and keep making regular purchases.

My delivery is still not here
My delivery is still not here. I paid for it 7 days ago and there is still no sign of it. Paying extra for delivery is not a great option. Next time I will pay more in perfume shop . This whole delivery system is a joke!!!
