We booked for two adults, which was surprisingly increased with 7€ more person ( 49+7€ each, already starting bad but fine). We did see that we needed to be there 20 mins earlier but we got there 5 mins later than the start time due to traffic jam arriving at Versailles area (Buc, Orsay). We do realize we were late and can’t discuss that. But they are literally as stuck up as it can be. Not able to send us at least an entry ticket through WhatsApp, to at least get in the castle. Only sticking our nose and our lateness that was out of our control. We had to pay for two new tickets (32€ each). Never found the group in the castle (if that is it ever got in since nothing tells us we were not the only ones). They were rude in a very passive aggressive way in our exchanges in WhatsApp, being sorry for everything but not finding any solution just for at least get in. The door manager also told us they are totally able to send us this ticket to get and she would have accepted, since the line for the 12:00 line was still getting in. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE. Find another guided tour operator and save yourself this unpleasant experience if you are going to Versailles from far. DETESTABLE

Very disappointing experience. I arrived more than 20 minutes early for the Louvre tour and there was no guide or representative at the meeting point. I called support multiple times with no response during the scheduled time, and only received a message after the tour had already started. They also refused both a refund and a rescheduling despite the situation. Poor organization and no customer support when it mattered.

We had a lovely time at Monet’s House and Garden. While we had opted for a self guided tour, Christel was a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide providing insights into our destination on the bus. It was well organised but with the crowds, not quite long enough time to really enjoy it

Great guide, great driver very organized, beautiful location just a little busy and recommend doing longer then the 2hrs think it can feel rushed with that amount of time

We joined the Mount Saint Michel one day tour and we had a great time for this famous spot. Very clear instructions had given by the tour guide. It was a long journey from Paris but we could take a good rest on the way. You can spend around 4 hours at the spot and good enough to explore around. Excellent itinerary and suggestions, really worth for $$$🤗🤗🤗🤗

We booked several experiences through Paris City Vision and, honestly, it was a mixed bag.

They were very pricey for last-minute tickets - some shows and attractions were nearly 10x the normal price. We bought Moulin Rouge tickets (search - paris boat tour moulin rouge transport) that were supposed to include hotel drop-off (or at least drop-off near the hotel), but on the night of the show we were told that wasn’t possible. This was especially frustrating at 11pm when we had to sort out our own transport.

The package also included a Seine River cruise, which turned out to be a low-cost, overcrowded experience - people packed in like sardines. Not quite the Parisian charm we expected.

To make things worse, the Eiffel Tower (search: summit eiffel tower city tour), staff at the Eiffel Tower went on strike on the day we had tickets, and the company didn’t notify us in advance. We wasted a lot of time getting to the meeting point only to find out we needed to make new plans. There's no need for a guide at all as they only take you to the 2nd level and you can get the same info by scanning the QR code on the centre of the ground floor of the tower.

Overall, their prices felt like a rip-off for what you get. To be fair, they aren’t responsible for strikes or how the shows themselves run, and their help desk was responsive when contacted. But given the cost and communication gaps, I’d rate the experience as average at best and wouldn’t book with them again.

V misleading and defrauding tour guides and support team. Would avoid them like the plague.

Racist tourist guide for the Giverny trip. They promised us a whole day trip. There were just the two of us for the whole day trip. All others went for a half day trip. They decided not to send the bus just for the two of us at the end of the trip.
