We joined the Mount Saint Michel one day tour and we had a great time for this famous spot. Very clear instructions had given by the tour guide. It was a long journey from Paris but we could take a go... See more

Very disappointing experience. I arrived more than 20 minutes early for the Louvre tour and there was no guide or representative at the meeting point. I called support multiple times with no response... See more

Terrible

Terrible, awful, disastrous, abominable, dreadful, and I could go on with adjectives to describe the quality of tours provided by this company. Clearly, they hire rookies who have no experience as guides, nor do they have any knowledge about the landmarks, and fluency in a language is not a requirement.
I booked an English speaking tour to the Versailles and ended up with a guide who could barely speak English. He was difficult to understand, kept repeating the same phrases that he felt comfortable saying in English and was a complete bore. Others in the group felt the same which you could see in their expressions. Some of us explored the Versailles on our own reading the information stands because there was no point in listening to his broken English.
The whole experience was unfortunate simply because Paris City Vision provided a useless tour guide who left us in the cold rainy weather for 40 minutes without telling us where he was going. Later we realized he was getting the entry tickets but still, learn to communicate. Sorry Jimmy, but I have to call you out by name and tell you that you need a lot more training and experience before you can call refer to yourself as a professional guide. It took 45 min to wait for entry and 40 min to go through the Versailles. Save your money and take Uber from center city Paris to Versailles (approx 30 EUR one way), and get an audio guide. You’ll be more informed and can go at your own pace.

Disgrace!!

Disgrace!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone! We never got to go on our guided tour of The Louvre which cost us £120, the ‘guide’ left early to not upset the other people on the tour because they were all there, we were not late but because everyone else was present they left!!! I went to their shop 5 minutes away to be let by an unsympathetic lady with a chip on her shoulder who did not care less, the best option was to book again for tomorrow and pay another £60!!! Do not use and be careful when booking via sites such as Viator as they use this company!

This company is totally unhelpful…

This company is totally inflexible and unhelpful. I booked a dinner cruise on the website and for some reason I received a confirmation with the wrong date. And on the same day I requested the cancellation. I contacted the company and let them know what happened and they didn't care to help us. They didn't give us any other option. What I think is most important in a company is respect for the customer and they don't have that. I definitely don't recommend this company to anyone.

The Eiffel tower theft

I think I am an ingenuous tourist, but this ParisCityVision travel agency is hiding and shuffle cards, you don’t really realize what they are doing. I have payed 135 € for three tickets (2 adults + 1 child) to visit the Eiffel tower in Paris, a “visit + priority access + app”, then what happened: there was an agent (kind person) who gave me the tickets and say goodbye, we didn’t skip any line and we made a long queue to enter (it was raining), the app installed was poor content and help, the printed paper tickets? They were valued total 49€ ! What?? 135€ payed is the 275% earnings by this ParisCityVision agency. A real “low hand” pocket theft and we had the stress of the long queue waiting
