AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I used Park Heathrow (meet and greet / park and ride service at Heathrow Airport) and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, I originally booked and paid for a park and ride service, however upon arrival I was told it would instead be a meet and greet service. This was not what I had chosen, and I specifically avoid meet and greet services due to not wanting others to drive my vehicle. By the time this was communicated, I had no realistic option to change the booking as I would have missed my flight.

On arrival at Heathrow Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park, Level 4), I had already informed the company in advance of my arrival time and followed all instructions given. Despite this, I experienced significant delays. I was told repeatedly that a driver would arrive within 10–15 minutes, then 5–7 minutes, then again 10–12 minutes. In total, I waited close to an hour after arriving at the collection point before my vehicle was finally collected. Due to this delay, I was forced to pay a £15.50 short stay parking charge, which I would not have incurred if the service had been managed properly.

The vehicle was eventually returned to me with damage that was not present at the time of handover, including:

* A chip in the paintwork in front of the right headlight
* Damage to the rear tyre resulting in a slow puncture requiring replacement

There was also evidence that the passenger seat position had been adjusted while the vehicle was in their possession, which raised further concerns about how the vehicle was handled.

When raising this issue, I was met with a refusal of responsibility based on terms and conditions stating they are “not responsible once the vehicle leaves the parking yard,” which does not reasonably address damage occurring while the vehicle is in their custody.

I also found the handling of my complaint to be unprofessional, including inappropriate references to criminal law in response to a civil dispute, rather than properly investigating the evidence provided. There was no meaningful engagement with the key issue: the difference in vehicle condition before and after their custody.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service. The combination of service changes, significant delays, additional unexpected costs, and concerns regarding vehicle condition and complaint handling makes this a service I would strongly avoid.

Don’t make the mistake I made and make sure you book with parkheathrow at Hatton Cross and NOT parkheathrow . UK

Terrible

Terrible.
No care to the car, I specifically advised them to be careful and respect my vehicle. He drove off recklessly, and the pick up on my return turned up recklessly.
The drop off person ‘Gautam’ saw my frustration with the issues and simply said to call the number on the booking and then proceeded to rush off.

My bmw wheel cap was missing
My alloys were scuffed
MY DASH CAM WAS DISCONNECTED
NO ANSWERS AS TO WHY
Poor customer service.

If you like your car, please NEVER book with ParkHeathrow.uk
This was the first and last time I allow someone to take my car.

DONT USE THESE GUYS

DONT DO IT.

Don’t book with these guys, they are cowboys at best and deceitful at worst.

Note, this relates to PARKHEATHROW dot UK NOT Parkheathrow dot co dot uk, they are different businesses so please check who you are dealing with as dot co dot uk are official and reputable.

Dropping the car off took 35 minutes and I had let them know and hour prior (their instructions) to the time I would arrive. I phoned again 10 minutes out but when I got to the check in area, they had no one there. They also do not have a reception desk like other companies do.

Picking up was a nightmare!!

I called as soon as we landed and was advised that the car would be approx 30 minutes away which was good as I still had to wait for bags.

By the time I got to the pick up area I got a call from the driver that he was in traffic so would be late. 40 minutes later I called the driver and he said it was another driver not him even though this was his phone.

The car arrived 1 hour later so from touchdown to getting the car was over 2 hours and plenty of lies.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible

It got worse and worse.
The time taken to meet me to pick up my car before outbound flight.
The time taken to meet me to pick up my car after my return flight.
The amount of rubbish (drinks can, a vape, sunglasses, earrings) left in my car.
The PARKING TICKET left in the seat pocket of my car.
The failure to bring the parking ticket to my attention.
The failure to explain why the parking offence was committed half an hour away in Ealing on a day when, to my knowledge, they had no cause to move my car.
The refusal to refund the cost of my booking (though they did pay for the parking ticket after initially telling me to use a third party to try to cancel it) or the additional parking costs incurred as a result of waiting time.
The failure even to apologise for ANY of the above.
Honestly, it takes something really really bad for me to leave a review.
This was really really really bad.

Avoid at all costs. Total cowboys.

Absolutely awful. Got to the pick up place - just a car graveyard with no sign of anyone to give us a lift to the airport. Had to wait 45mins for the lift - in which we were coerced into giving two guys a lift under the pretence of one being brand new and needing training. I drove us to the airport during which time BOTH guys were answering their mobiles to various upset customers - lying through their teeth about their whereabouts and the state of the traffic and their likely arrival time.
We found this moderately amusing until our return. We experienced the same thing. Lies "I'm in a traffic jam" when Google maps showed absolutely zero traffic in the area. It took over an hour for our car to arrive.
The car had a dent and a load of petrol missing so I don't believe them for a second when they said "the car never moved ma'am".
Avoid like the plague.

On closer inspection I can see they are trading as parkheathrow.uk. The reputable firm are parkheathrow.co.uk.

Definitely wouldn't recommend or use again

The amount I paid to park at the time of the booking is misleading (£43.50). I was asked to withdraw cash on the way to the terminal to pay for the drop off fee £7 and a further £8 to cover the pick up. I had to wait longer than i would have expected for my vehicle (despite ringing several times and telling them i had no luggage to collect) and then i was given a ticket to get out of the carpark. When getting to the barriers I was charged the £8 (I expected this to have already been paid as i had given the cash at the beginning of the day) when i rang them i was told to send my bank details and i would be repaid! 13 days later and several phone calls i am still haven't been reimbursed. I guess this is how they make the extra money. I wouldn't use them they aren't trustworthy.
