Great service,bath could be cleaner.

Everything went smoothly car was parked out front with trunk open on arrival nice touch. The road getting to the place was a little scary.

I have used them twice now and both times they are professional, quick and worth the money. I would use them any time flying out of JFK!

Dropped off the car and the shuttle was ready. Drove us directly to the right terminal. When we returned, it took no more than 5 minutes to pick us up and our car was ready to go. Great service.

I have used Park Plus several times at JFK. Always fast pickup, and the staff is great.

I have now used Park Plus twice. Always good service, friendly drivers, and very close to JFK Airport.

Shuttle was immediately available. Barely spent any time there. My car was already pulled out and was in the front once I returned. Directions they provided were thorough. Am very pleased and would use again.

I have done last minute reservations and always got a good deal. These people are very professional and handle your car properly. I have got extra services done too while I was away like full detail which saved my time and money.

Was a bit skeptical using a parking service where they keep your keys but Park Plus helped to ease my worries. Check in was easy, the shuttle was immediately available to take us to the airport. When retrieving my car they had the shuttle bus to us within 10 minutes of my call and had my car ready and waiting when we arrived at the lot. Will be sure to use Park Plus the next time we have to travel.

The drop off and pick up are very smooth without much waiting. Drivers are courteous and very helpful to transport luggages in and out of the shuttle. We are a party of 7 people and the shuttle accommodate us comfortably. Will definitely use it again and recommend to friends.

I've been using Park Plus for over 3-4 years now, once if not twice every month.....

Pro's:
1. the employees are great, especially Danny...
2. service is fast and efficient....

Con's:
1. Recently prices went up to their competitors level, and in some cases above it...
2. location is a bit hard to find if you're a first time user, and even if not - making that sharp turn (depending on the direction you're coming from) requires some driving skills ;->

Recommendations:
1. If I ordered and paid on line - just charge the card and leave the receipt/keys in the car (like you used to do at the beginning)... don't make me leave my suitcases unattended and go into the office just to get my keys... (especially in cold, snowy, rainy days...)

2. Would like to see an android app to make/change reservation, and signal a pickup once I'm back in EWR and ready to pick up (and hopefully get an ETA for the pickup).

3. With the new location opened at RT 1&9, you should make that your 'incoming' location (as it's an easier drop off) instead of the back road to Bessemer.

Was taken to the airport as soon as we arrived upon return pickup was easy, car was waiting with trunk open and we were out in an instant. Fast, easy and at a good price.

I use this place at least once or twice a month. Everyone is very friendly and quick to get you to the airport. I would suggest this place to anyone.

Park Plus Airport Parking is convenient to JFK and they transport you to and from quickly. Our driver was polite and the experience was hassle free. Upon our return our vehicle was ready to go.

I am a huge Park Plus fan. You have been my exclusive parking service for the last 5 years. Whenever I talk about customer service, I hold your organization up as a shining example of how to do it right.

I've never been asked to write a review for you until now, a week after a terrible experience with your company. Due to my flight coming it at 1:00 in the morning, I requested the one way, "deliver my car" pick-up, thinking it would get me home and in bed 15 minutes faster. Wrong. The dispatcher did not have me on the delivery list and when a driver was eventually found, he went to the wrong terminal. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car...not the experience you want to have after a cross-country flight and after paying extra money for a specialty service.

Out of loyalty to the company, the next day I sent you an email describing the experience...not as a complainer, but as a supportive customer who felt obligated to let you know that you dropped the ball. I never got a response back from anyone.

If I was rating the other dozen times I've used your service, each experience would be 5+ stars. I will continue to be a loyal customer and don't want to judge based on 1 bad experience. I hope you can figure out how to make sure no customer has to experience this again.

We fly out of Newark over Philadelphia because of the $$$ we can save. And Park Plus is inexpensive enough not to eat into that savings. Drivers are always professional. Never have to wait long to be picked up.

What an awesome place! Professional courteous! Parked my car their at 4am. The person unloaded our suitcases and took care of everything! Better than "the parking spot" and more affordable!

Great service & price through Groupon

Went away for 10 days and everything went smoothly from drop off at the airport to getting picked up. Car was all ready for me when I arrived. Not a bad price either.
