I bought my mini over a year ago and have gone back to the sales team many times to help me with various things eg how to to work certain things in the car that I’m not sure about. The whole team are truly amazing, always friendly and helpful and never mind me going in yo ask questions…. infact they always say anytime I need help don’t hesitate to contact them.
I visited this week as I wasn’t sure about my automatic headlights and Ricky spent time explaining and demonstrating how to work them etc. He was so helpful and friendly and even asked if I wanted my car washed! Fantastic supportive team… makes me want to always have a mini!!

Exceptional service by Mini
I’ve recently purchased my first Mini. The service I received was exceptional. As soon as I walked into the showroom, stated what I wanted - all the team involved made it so easy. Loved the proactive communication and the speed my new car was delivered.
Speed was a huge factor. Also loved how the team told me about additional options with no sales pushing and in the end the insurance was cheaper than any other company. Huge thank you to Jack Anderson-Sharpe who was my main contact.

We were looking at replacing our existing vehicle as we were not happy with it. We decided to look at a Mini. Partridge Mini was recommended by a close friend so we booked an appointment. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were struck by the friendliness of all the staff. We dealt with Jack Anderson-Sharpe who was amazing and after a conversation, he set about finding us the right vehicle. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He went over and above for us, we felt, and were very, very happy with our new vehicle. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack or Partridge Mini and would definitely return. Excellent all round.

Professional and friendly
Great service all round from as soon as I walked through the door meeting the receptionist. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I wanted to drive but having had a chat with Ben we came to the conclusion that I needed something fun and sporty. I took a car for a test drive a couple of days later and was allowed to have it a couple of hours to really get a good feel of the car and to play with the screen. We just need to find the right one now.
