They want you to delete posts that are true in order to get your money refunded to you this company is scamming people out there money please be aware of this company they will say even if you didn’t make purchase you can’t get a refund you have to take gift cards for your money on their site please don’t use any for of card on there site they took off my card and three other sites

Was on Facebook just scrolling seemed like a scam somehow got my credit card information and seen charges never got anything from them...Immediately called the bank and reported fraud back in November 2025. Have never used or been on this website or ordered anything and somehow there was a new charge on the new card issued and once again had to report fraudulent activity. Avoid anything that has to do with this site. Still investigating how they got my new card information after months of no charges since my first claim against them! BEWARE OF SCAMMING AT All COSTS. STOP STEALING MY INFORMATION I have reported you!

I initally had some problems with my subscription but they were able to take care of me!

I was on Facebook the other day and a website popped up asking me to take a survey for Walmart and for doing so I would receive a 70' Smart TV , I would only have to pay a small fee of $10.
I took the survey, entered my payment information and instead of a $10 fee coming off for Walmart, a $23.54 payment came off of my debit card payable to PARTYBUNK. com.
I did not approve a payment of $23.54 to this company therefore they fraudulently took that money from my account.
I have sent several messages asking them to please fix this issue and refund my money. Since they have yet to do so, I guess I will have to report this company to my bank and to the BBC for committing fraud and being a complete scam.
I really wish they had just refunded my money because they know that they are not legit so I don't have to tell them that I didn't agree to give their company money for anything especially for absolutely nothing.
I will give them until 6pm today to do what they should've already done and that's return my money to my account. After 6pm I will be reporting the PARTYBUNK.com company to anyone that will listen and posting what they fraudulently stole from me on every social media platform I am a part of.

This company is DEFINITELY FRAUDULENT!!!! I have not been able to speak to any over the phone on email or live chat. I was charged twice for false advertising on a product I was trying to order. My bank will be handling the matter but STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I didn't know that they have been charging my card for a moment now. So far they took out 41.11 of which I can't get back. When I ask them this is all they tell me:
"I’m truly sorry for the confusion, Tiffany. I understand this is upsetting.
Our credits are non-refundable under our terms. Payments are converted into credits for use in our shop, and credits match euros 1:1. Members use these credits to access savings of up to 80% on products.
You have 41.11 credits available and they remain usable even though your membership has been cancelled. If you’d like, I can guide you on how to use them at checkout." Idont want credits! I want my money back!

You have been trying to charge a credit card of mine, all of which have been declined. I don't know who you are, but I know I've never purchased anything from you, so someone has been using my card. That's fraudulent. Stop trying to charge my card.

customer service was very appreciated or so i thought same thing happened they told me my money would be refunded and it has not been SCAM SCAM SCAM report them immediately my bank will be taking things over from here on out on this matter

Why do I have to leave a review in order for you all to send my money back. I never signed up for this crap, I don’t even know what partybunk is. Just send my funds back. You all took out 2 different payments

Didn’t want the subscription and the live chat agent was really rude. Emails were unclear

I never made this at all. My card was charged 4 times I need my money back and I need to cancel everything.

Glad someone finally reached out to me in regards to this matter. Hoping to get my full compensation in a timely manner.
