Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam! Don’t do it, people. I had an offer through Facebook for a pair of Apple Headphones for $9.99 then few days later charged my account $7.08. Can’t get a single person on the line and when I looked up the address and showed a loan company.
Deactivated my card immediately before they keep taking.
SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Unauthorized charges

I have never heard of this company before today when I noticed a charge that did not authorize. The customer service team responded quickly to my email inquiring about the charges and redirected the payment with ease.

Charged without permission twice

Charged without permission twice. Refused refund. Weeks later out of nowhere get emailed from so called escalation team that forced me to write a review to get my money back. Bunch of scammers

Complete scam and not helpful

Complete scam and not helpful. Also... Manipulative, since they're literally saying that they will only refund me my money if I write a positive review, even though they haven't done anything to earn a positive review!

Was appreciative of the escalation team…

Was appreciative of the escalation team and Imani for refunding the money for something I never purchased. I thought I was purchasing something else that turned out to be a Partybunk.com membership. Was not happy about that but glad to have received my refund.

I have no idea what this site is

I have no idea what this site is, or if I even ordered anything?? But customer service says they'll refund me to the account used when paying, which i have absolutely no idea...the only response they give me is "leave a review and ill process your refund". So...here's a review. Hopefully it's not a scam!
