First time buying from this site, but WOW what a hidden gem! Sooo much to choose from at amazing prices, you CANNOT complain about. Great communication and custoner service - i receieved a refund for a item i didnt receive, i didnt ask for the refund so presuming it was OOS so fantastic there also!

Excellent value. Quick delivery. Have recommended them to others. Dropped a star because some photographs and description are misleading size wise. But they do include measurements so do check before deciding.

Seems s good company,correspondence was quick but disappointed you have to have random colours they send, and cant pick your own colours,lots of arguments with the grandchildren all wanting the same!

Fantastic customer services
I am very pleased with both orders I have placed. Very quick to process and dispatch. The quality of the products was good. Most of what I ordered was party bag toys but not everything. The prices were brilliant and the quality exceeded the price. I did need to contact customer services due to a missing item (but I also had an extra slap band which I felt I needed to confess too and pay for.). They responded so quickly and offered to send the item or reimburse me (and I could have the slap band on them lol). The postage would have been more than the item and knew I wanted to order more due to being Impressed with the promptness and quality of goods. They gave me a voucher code to use instead. Very courteous service and for this alone I would give them 5stars. Good customer service is often not top priority (especially over 4bottles of dinosaur bubbles) but I was treated with respect as if my problem was of much greater value. I will definitely be ordering from this company again without any hesitation.
