Everything went fairly well, except the fact that I was not contacted properly. I was not getting emails and texts in a timely manner, once I contacted you and make sure you had the right information that I had sent to you that everything went well.

Your (phone) customer support was very responsive and helped me complete my application when I could not log back into my account to do it myself. (I kept getting a message that I was not authorized to view the account!) This technical problem was very disconcerting, but the representative was most reassuring and promised to process my application that day.

I tried to get my visa through evisa.vn site. Apparently there was something wrong with photo of passport page but they never told what was wrong and what to do inspite of numerous emails etc.
