Initially I thought this whole “gold tier access” thing was a scam, but I’m glad I was wrong. The love for PATTA started with the Air Max 1 collabs and has grown ever since. It’s nice to see a brand give their supporters some recognition.

When I first ordered a pair of shoes from PATTA they had taken the money, but the order had not gone through, after we reached out Tomas assured me my money would be back within the hour and about 20 minutes later it was back in my account. He also helped me once I was able to actually complete my order, but I hadn't received any shipping information after a week. I reached out once again, and he personally looked into it and found another error in my order and got the IT team to resolve it along with reaching out to the warehouse team to locate my package specifically. I was able to get my shipping information and a estimated delivery date all thanks to Tomas.

Asked the customer service for an invoice. They are ignoring my emails for 2 weeks now. Thats very sad.

Tried to send them a mail with another email-account and got my invoice instant.
