We have nothing but good things to say about Paul Meakin in Selsdon. It was a long process selling our flat but this was due to the market and not Paul Meakin. Sam and Amy in particular who dealt with us during our sale were fantastic. Both were kind, warming and very supportive throughout the process. They were always friendly and there when we needed any help. The biggest thing that impressed me with them both and Paul Meakin was the fact that at no point did we ever feel pressured to do anything for their benefit. They supported on what was best for US at all times and this was huge for us, as this is not always the case with Estate Agents.
I couldn’t recommend Paul Meakin highly enough and their service and understanding has been brilliant.
Would certainly use them again in the future.

Paul Meakin were great from start to finish with both the sale and purchase of our properties. Gill was amazing and helped every step of the way with great communication and went above and beyond to help us.

We had a good experience from start to finish during our year long lease.
Allison our letting manager was very helpful throughout but especially at the end when we had to move out before the end of the lease at short notice, between her and the landlord they couldn't have treated us any better than they did. Would highly recommend using them.

It's probably a bit unconventional to write a review for the seller's estate agent, but they could not have been more willing to communicate with me to help push the transaction through the hurdles that arose. They were supportive and professional all the way, were very informed and I felt as though they actually cared. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
