Dog coat great, customer service not so.

I ordered a dog coat back at the start of December 2025. Delivery and updates were prompt. No issues with packaging, was in sealed bag. Dog coat was fine as in the quality. That I rate 5 star.
My only issue is the communication. Unfortunately, I don’t use WhatsApp. I emailed their customer service to request a larger coat on the same day it arrived. I could tell after opening the mailbag packaging it would not fit. I did measure as per website. I had no response. Given that we were getting close to Christmas, I left it as I knew it would be a busy period. I did follow up with another email attaching the previous email I had sent. No response. I then sent another email 1st week of January, this time I had an automated email that it was not delivered ( maybe my email was blocked).

I then decided to return the coat with a note asking for someone to call me (included my number) so I could get an exchange and pay for the postage. I paid signed delivery. Come the end of January, I had not heard anything. I decided to check their reviews. I was disappointed to see that the company had been responding to negative reviews, so how were my emails being missed?

I contacted my bank, I sent screenshots of the order, the signed delivery slip, a photo of the received package with signature, my emails and their online activity responding to reviews. I won my chargeback. £19.99 on the 5th March.

Overall I’ve rated 3, mainly as the ordering and coat was no hassle at all. Customer service I rate as 1.

This is just my experience, I now buy from shops to save all the expense and chasing around online.

Quality ok. Communication terrible, delivery glacially slow.

Ordered on the 1st of March.

They emailed me on the 3rd to say my order has been 'shipped'.

I contacted them on the 10th to chase it up. It had not been shipped yet. That wasn't planned until the 14th. No explanation for the earlier email!

Contacted again on the 16th. They finally shipped it that day.

Quality is fine but don't order from them if you want something within the next couple of weeks. Oh and shipped doesn't mean shipped!

No dripping floating water bowl, NOT

Got the floating water bowl, & what a load of rubbish dose not do what it says still lots of water from dogs on floor, totally waist of money don't get one,
Return policy is rubbish says you have to pay for Return yourself so to send it back it would cost same as purchase price nearly, so they have you & you have to keep product so very poor customer service policy,

Good quality coats but customer service could benefit from improving

The quality of two coats I ordered was very good. However, there was a slow turnaround time and when the order arrived, one of the coats was missing. I did send an email but no response, so sent a message via messenger and they responded promptly and sent out the missing coat without delay. The sizes are bizarre ... for the same dog, one coat had to be in large and for another style it was 3XL so read the measuring guides carefully for each coat. I therefore made an error in the sizing but they did sort it out for me and I had to return the coat and do a new order rather than an exchange. I had to chase for the refund of the wrongly ordered coat but when I did they reimbursed promptly.

I think the company could do with a big improvement in communication and this would stop the majority of complaints. The products themselves are great, it's just the customer service that could benefit from improvement. I wish them well.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, was so excited for this bed after ordering it and was really upset to find it extremely poor quality, barely any stuffing in it so it’s just thin material on the ground no way I can let my dog lie on it. Extremely disappointed for the price paid expected a lot better.

Maria why have you posted a review and not emailed us first?? I am disappointed. Whats your order number? Our beds have plenty of filling and contain 40% more than our competitors! We also have 31k 5 star reviews through google on this item and they are endorsed by ITV! They need 48hrs to regain shape after packing. Now please remove this review and contact us directly so we can fix things for you!

Bed colour ‘varies’ to that shown on website

Ordered a bed for my puppy, took a length of time to receive but, once I had, it was a completely different colour. Apparently the colour can ‘vary’ and it says it on the website but i ordered a black one and received a grey bed…I also note that they aren’t as thick as the picture shows, I’ve had to put a couple blankets to add some comfort. Raised my dissatisfaction about the colour via email, they said I could keep and they would refund £12 as a gesture, I responded to confirm I would accept the £12 but still waiting on a response… Will update my review if I receive a response and may consider escalating.

Response to comment: order no is 84014 and I was corresponding with a Phil Morby. If you could kindly provide the gesture as advised, I will remove review.

Hi Lara please confirm your order number and I will investigate. Also we do not advertise black colours in any of our puppy dog beds so no idea what you mean by this. The quality of these is as advertised and we do have over 31k 5 star google product reviews. I need to investigate why you haven't received the gesture if offered and action. I would appreciate the removal of this review once I investigate the issue.

One star is far too generous

One star is far too generous. Please do not buy from this company. I purchased what was meant to be a luxury dog bed & honestly I've threw out better quality. 2wks I waited on this rubbish, then when I complain they offer you a £42 refund....which I'm still waiting on & oh that's right & for me to keep this scabby dog bed !!! Stay away from this website as its a con.

Good quality coat

I ordered a dog coat in January and it duly arrived, the quality was good , however the coat was too small. I had made the mistake of looking at the sizing in inches as opposed to cms. There was an error on the size chart giving the inches sizing, this however has now been rectified on the site I am pleased to say, so fault, if there was any lay on both sides. I immediately emailed the company to explain, and following a number of emails and on returning the initial coat a larger one was sent and fits my dog like a glove. If you are in doubt as to what size to order I would use the chat facility and ask for the companies advice, this is always answered in a timely and helpful manner.

Total waste of money

Total waste of money. I measured my dog exactly as instructed, but the jacket is too short and definitely not waterproof. Worst of all, the stitching on the harness came undone the first time my dog wore it. Customer service has also been disappointing and quite rude to be honest. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.
I find it astonishing that you say that you haven’t seen any of my emails.Would you like me to send proof? I can also send it to trust pilot if you think it’s a fake review.

Hi Donna can you provide order number please? We dont have any communication from you. Our dog jacket sizes are exact to the mm and can provide photo proof of this. You are shown how to measure and asked to do so prior to ordering. We have never had a single.jacket back as faulty so shocked to hear this. If you provide us with photo proof we will resolve this for you. A review is not needed, considering the fact we have not been contacted first.

John remove thos review immediately!!! We have responded everytime and Royal Mail attempted delivery 3 times and left a card!! Tracking number IW693575394GB proves this! It was ordered on the 11th December and delivery attempted 3 times between 17th-20th! We have had no contact with you until you emailed this morning, so you didn't contact us as you claim. This review is false and we have done everything right. I suggest the review is removed and you respond to my email so we can get this resolved.

A very bad company!

A very bad company!
I ordered a dog coat which came in about a week, but it was too small. I used the 'contact us' facility on the web page and the response was - "order a bigger one, send the original back and we will credit you".
10 days after proof of return - still no credit.
Emailed them - still no reply to this day!
Had to get Barclaycard to refund my money.
What a load of crooks.

Ken we did reply explaining we hadn't received the jacket back which is why no refund was made. We asked for proof of delivery so we could track it down but no reply! If you provide your order number and remove this review we will refund even without receiving the product back!!

One Star – Truly Inspirational Levels of Bad 🐾

Where do I even begin?

My Mum carefully measured our dog, followed the company’s sizing guide (because silly me assumed it was there for a reason), and ordered the appropriate coat. What arrived was so unbelievably too small that I can only assume it was designed for a hamster with confidence issues.

Naturally, since they sent the wrong coat, my mum expected a refund. But no that would be far too logical. Instead, after several discussions, they generously offered… store credit. Because nothing says “we value our customers” like making you pay for their mistake twice.

After a couple of weeks, we thought, “Let’s give them one last chance and use our store credit.” Huge mistake. We ordered a blanket, which arrived last week and is absolute rubbish. The quality is dreadful, the packaging and postage were equally poor, and it feels like something you’d win in a very depressing raffle.

Customer service? Disgusting. Honestly, I’ve had warmer interactions with automated phone menus.

Please, for the love of your wallet and your pet, do not order from this company.

Louise our sizes are accurate to the mm and we can prove this categorically. The dog was measured incorrectly. We tried to explain how to measure and you chose to order something different. Our dog jackets are of exceptional quality and design and sold by the top retailers in this country. They do their due diligence and agree our sizes are accurate to the mm and we know they are! Dog jackets are exchange only as we explained we have to wash, dry and send back to supplier for hygiene reasons and regardless od wear. I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the personalised blanket. Every effort is made to ensure quality of our products and have sold these for over 5yrs. Delivery for this is stated as 7-9 working days as they are made to order custom products- this delivery time is very normal!

Super Company and Product

The replacement cushion i ordered for my dog's bed was absolutely perfect, super thick and comfortable. The original one I ordered was lost in the post but this companies customer service was fantastic and sorted it out immediately. Second to none for quality, value for money and great customer service.

changed my mind about getting a £100 dog bed after reading these terrible reviews. Customer service was horrendious, so rude and unprofessional. Good luck surviving in a very crowded market with your attitude to paying customers.

This review is untrue. Customer sent a message outside working hours and was answered within 1min!! She asked to cancel and I agreed straight away. She then proceeded to ask the same question 3 times. I explained it was outside of office hours but the order had been cancelled. She still didn't accept this and then repeated this same thing this morning. Again I answered her and within another 2mins same question asked again. Nothing wrong with our service and I suggest this is removed as we can prove everything we have said and will forward to Trustpilot. Why can people not be respectful and listen!?

Buy somewhere else!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The anti anxiety fluffy sofa cover is ok, but I have had to give 1 star as the dog fleece coat was awful in terms of fitting and getting it on. Replies to my emails were sketchy, but then turned incredibly rude. I have spent £11 returning the coat and paying for postage on the new replacement coat (first postage was free as I had spent £58). They will not refund, only replace, so you have to purchase the new coat before getting refunded on the old one. I always support small businesses but I will never make the costly, timely and upsetting experience of ordering here again.

We give clear sizes before ordering these fleeces. Sizes are exact to the mm. Your dog had worn this with hair all over it so they have to be washed, dried and repackaged so they are exchange only for hygiene reasons. We asked you to reorder and return the other so we could then refund. To date not receuved the return or a reorder. This review is uncalled for. We have done nothing wrong and remained polite throughout. Its you who has not respected our return policy or done as asked.

Truth is two of the uks largest retailers have stocked this product for years!! We will be sending proof of measurements to her and Trustpilot.
