The items I bought are lovely and good quality. I also need to praise their customer service. I was concerned as my package sat with the post office for a while. I contacted customer service and a really helpful lady called Jane messaged me back and assured me things were on the way an explained where they were. My package duly arrived and Jane messaged me again to check I had received them. I advised I had and received a really nice message thanking me for my custom back. I cannot stress how much this reassured me after some less helpful customer service experience with another company,

I will defiantly be ordering more from Pawsome in the future and supporting cats and dogs in need.

I had a great experience with Pawsome. First, they have the greatest little finds on there! I bought a darling Holiday collar for my son and DIL's cat. They live in Austin, and I am in California. Somehow Paypal merged part of my address with part of theirs. I emailed Pawsome right away. By the next day I had a response saying it had already shipped but not to worry they would watch for it and make sure to ship out a new one. The communication I received was so gracious, and calming, and helpful. I had no worry at all that they would work it out. The collar was delivered, and I don't think it was even delayed! Still got there in the time promised. I will be shopping with Pawsome anytime I need a fun gift for my pet or a friends'

I ordered my necklace with three paws and the initials of my two cats and dog that passed away within the first 6 months of this year. I was informed by Shopify that it was delivered one evening and it was no where to be found. I communicated with the support team at Pawsome and after receiving the report from the post office that it was delivered by someone not usually on my route (I honestly think it went to another building) the team arranged for another one to be sent. They communicated when it was being made again and when it left their faucility and that it was headed to me. I thankfully received it a few days ago, safely in my mailbox. I'm very thankful that the team helped me out when it wasn't their fault I never received the first necklace.

Well the only thing I can say about the service is absolutely spot on. I hadn't heard at the beginning when it was posted so I sent an email. Jane got back to me and ensured she would update. And she did continually through to when it was delivered. I can't fault this company at all. Fabulous service.

I placed an order and I was worried it had gone missing, due to late arrival. But, the customer service I had was definitely more than 5 stars. They kept me updated every step of the way. My item finally arrived safely. I love it. Thank you team Pawsome Couture, your customer service is 💯%.

I cannot say enough about Pawsome Couture! What an incredible company. Beautifully designed, high-quality items and the very best customer service. I had an issue with a missing package (USPS issue) and Maria went above and beyond to immediately replace the order and then tracked the package, sending me updates, to ensure I received my package and was happy with the order. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I ordered a tiny paw necklace for a friend and it did take a little while to arrive so I contacted Jane from customer service and she kept my ticket open in order to ensure it arrived and it did shortly after!! This company really cares about their customers having a great experience plus my friend loved the necklace!!

My delivery never made it home so I contacted both post office services and Pawsome couture. I was so surprised to get an answer from Pawsome that quickly! They really took care of the issue, were able to solve it and were providing updates without having me to ask from them. Their products are wonderful but I can now testify that the humans behind this company are just as wonderful themselves. Once again, thanks a lot Jane. You did amazing!

Jane and the team were amazing at getting me my order when I managed to put the incorrect address in. They didn't have to go above and beyond, but the did and kept me informed at every step.

I had an issue with my initial necklace and contacted customer service. Jane went above and beyond to satisfy my issue and sent me a new necklace to replace mine. I have never experienced such great customer service with an online website. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The quality is top notch and superior customer service.

Please don’t buy these collars. Our cat managed to get outside and was gone for three days. When she came home she had no collar and was disheveled. Someone found the collar and returned it to us and the ‘safety breakaway buckle’ hasn’t disconnected - my husband then tried initiating it on one of our other cats collars and it was so difficult. The poor baby now has a hefty vet bill and a long recovery ahead. The gold coloured hardware also fades in a couple of days.

The products I purchased were very high quality and the staff provided amazing customer service and was very quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely shop with Pawsome Couture again!!!

The quality of these products is amazing. I have bought numerous collars & charms with engraving for my cats over the years & I cannot imagine shopping elsewhere. The colours you see on the website are an exact match to what you receive & the charms are of very high quality & they come beautifully packaged.
Now let's talk Customer Service... all I can say is the team bend over backwards to help you out & nothing is an issue.

My order seemed to be slow in coming and I reached out to customer service. They were very attentive and checked the shipping status and stayed in communication with me until and after my order was delivered. Pawsome Couture shipped the order out within a week (not Amazon speed, but adequate for me) but USPS was super slow and I appreciate their watching out for the package/final delivery on their end. Really nice and professional communication. Thank you.

I am so pleased with the quality of the collars. I’ve ordered two collars- a luxury leather kitten collar for my 8lb calico shorthair and an adult luxury leather collar for my 15lb Norwegian Forest Cat mix. The fit on both collars is great - lots of room to adjust to the perfect size. I use a slide on tag and it works perfectly (elastic loops slide over the buckle with no problem). Next, the colors are beautiful. The kitten collar is a wonderful lilac/lavender color. It’s not gray or muddy at all. It shows up so nicely against her short coat. The big fluffy cat has the pine color. It’s a beautiful dark green. It blends in nicely on his gray/black coat. The collars are extremely well made and have held up to the crazy playing that my two do. In addition, the paw print ring is so subtle and beautiful. I bought it for my daughter and she wears it all the time. I have also gotten the toy mice and my cats love to play with those mice over all the other mice. I will only buy collars from Pawsome Couture moving forward.

Excellent pet tags! Love that I can change them easily from one collar to the next. Also, customer service is exceptional and they arrived quickly and packaged beautifully. Very highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
